1、地理位置：非常偏僻，位於閔行區工業園區，周邊都是村莊、廠房、汽配城等，無任何區域環境可言；
2、周邊環境：位於類似於小村莊集市，旁邊就一小超市、幾家小型快餐類餐飲，周邊沒啥東西；
3、設施設備：酒店已經運營幾年，設施設備開始老化，入住的房間裏，門板開始起翹，淋浴房地台漏水、蔓延至外圍馬桶區域；
4、服務質量：服務尚可，對客人入住安全負責，外來訪客人員需登記。
