Shanghai Sanjiagang Greenland THE QUBE Hotel (Pudong Airport)

Because I had an early morning flight the next day, I found this resort hotel near the airport. First off, the front desk attendant was very warm, patient, and polite. The hotel's location is also excellent, quite close to the airport. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – it's great value for money! There's even singing and a BBQ right by the entrance. My stay was really pleasant!

The facilities are a bit old, but the service is decent. Some rooms get a lot of airplane noise. There's a go-kart track and a horse ranch a short walk from the hotel, which is great for kids. It's probably better to visit in the summer than in the winter.

An absolutely terrible stay. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out while I was on video calls. When I contacted the front desk, they were incredibly unhelpful, acting as if poor Wi-Fi was completely normal. On the last day, at check-out, the front desk still remembered it as if it were a normal occurrence, as if they didn't think it caused guests any inconvenience, or rather, they simply don't care about the user experience. A truly awful experience.

Traveling with seniors and children, the last thing you want is hassle, and the hotel did an excellent job in this regard. Although it's not in the core commercial district, the hotel provides a regular shuttle bus to Pudong Airport and the metro station, with reasonable timings and clean vehicles. There's ample parking for self-drivers, so you don't have to worry about rain. Taxis are also readily available; the doorman proactively helps call cabs and communicates destinations. After 8:30 PM, the nearby Platinum Park Hotel (also in Sanjiagang) offers late-night snacks, including self-service noodles and dumplings, for about 40 RMB per person. The hotel also has a Disneyland shuttle; just book in advance. All attractions are within a reasonable driving distance, so you won't be too exhausted returning after a long day of fun. This 'away from the hustle but not the city' location is particularly friendly for families needing to balance sightseeing and rest.

The waitress at breakfast had an amazing memory! The second day I went, she just smiled and asked, "Still coffee, no sugar, right?" It really makes you feel valued when someone remembers your preferences. When I called to ask about good restaurants nearby, the front desk guy not only gave recommendations but also pulled out his phone to show me a map and even hand-drew a walking route, just in case I got lost. The bathroom ventilation was exceptionally good. The mirror defogged quickly after a shower, and the floor dried fast, so it never felt damp or slippery.

On a business trip, I saw that this hotel offers shuttle service to Pudong Airport, so I booked it online without hesitation. The room was neat and clean, and the staff delivered items promptly. It's excellent value for money for business travelers, and I'll definitely stay here again!

The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, and we got to see the sunrise. The air was fantastic, and we could even spot planes. All in all, a very satisfying trip.
