Great location , love the design and decoration. Breakfast was delicious, wish they had laundry service. The pool was lil dirty and shower was smelly.

Hotel was very grand and EXTREMELY worth it for the price. The only thing is, it is far away from central Shanghai but if that is not an issue; it is well worth it.

I stayed in this hotel for only one night. I liked its proximity to the Hongqiaonan Railway Station as I returned in the night from Beijing with my wife and daughter. The hostess was very professional and warm. She noted my daughter and offered an additional set of slippers and also a kids toothbrush set. The hotel was with very tall ceilings and the design was Asian European and it felt at the level of a luxury hotel. The only thing lacking, which is a personal preference, was self-serve laundry on site. They did have full laundry service but only during the day which I could not use because I arrived in the night and was heading out early the next morning. Because of that I also was not able to try the breakfast. The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything worked and there were plenty of outlets in good locations throughout the room. Due to its proximity to high speed rail, high quality of rooms, and excellent staff service, I would certainly return to this hotel in future visits.

Very good location. Room was nice and different. Very comfortable and loved the aesthetic of the room and the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in Shanghai. Also not far from the airport or train station by car/taxi Restaurants, Starbucks and Seven Eleven are walking distance.
