The room was very comfortable and quiet, with a great atmosphere. The front desk service was excellent.

The location is excellent. There are many restaurants right on the street below the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Shuguang Hospital, within walking distance. With two universities just across the road, a wide range of amenities are easily accessible. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were excellent and very cooperative.

The room had a strong, unpleasant odor and was very dusty. Prices for the same room type varied significantly; during my extended stay, I saw rates ranging from just over 200 to more than 400. Soundproofing was poor – you could hear conversations in the hallway very clearly from inside the room. The air conditioning remote was very difficult to use, and the TV was practically unusable.

The hotel has a nice ambiance, and the front desk service was excellent. Thumbs up!

I distinctly booked a superior king room, but was given a cheaper standard king room – exactly as pictured on their website – with a minuscule window. Upon entering, the room reeked of a strong, foul odor. There were numerous stains on the walls and around the headboard, and the wall by the window was bubbling and cracked, looking utterly filthy. To top it off, I found hair from a previous guest on the chair – I was absolutely appalled! I had originally booked for several more days, but the moment I stepped into the room, I was so disgusted that I immediately canceled my subsequent reservations. I chose this hotel solely for its proximity to my child's school, as I was attending their graduation ceremony. I prioritized convenience, but the level of dilapidation was truly astonishing. Parking was also a huge hassle. I've driven past this hotel countless times over the years and always saw cars parked right out front (which was a factor in my booking decision). Yet, the front desk refused to let me park there, claiming they weren't hotel spaces and were locked. Strangely, over the next few days, I consistently saw those very spaces unlocked and occupied by other cars. The hotel offered no reasonable explanation to guests. If I'm really pushed to find any positives: 1. The mattress in the room was surprisingly good; it hadn't sagged despite the overall dated facilities. 2. The hotel staff I encountered, especially the cleaning crew, were all very polite.

Absolutely fantastic! The surroundings are beautiful, and it's conveniently located with easy access to transport. There's even a great snack street nearby. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The entire place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I would definitely come back again!

The room was a bit small, but spotlessly clean. Its location right next to a food street was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was pretty standard, offering all the essentials. The service was excellent; they even proactively offered me a late check-out until 4 PM today. The glimpse of greenery from the window added a lovely touch and boosted my mood.

Not worth it. Paid extra for comfort, got construction noise instead. Zero transparency. Very disappointing...
