Overall, it's clean and the staff are warm and attentive. A good experience. However, the soundproofing is very poor.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get around. It maintains the consistent quality I've come to expect from Atour: the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the shower had great water pressure. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive.

The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and bright, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff even proactively upgraded our room during check-in. Although my stay was cut short, the staff still prepared a thoughtful souvenir for us when I checked out early. Their service attitude was consistently wonderful—very polite and courteous. The bathroom was also spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen! Its location is super convenient, right next to a commercial area and the Chegongmiao J1 subway exit. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The guest services team was warm and attentive, always ready to help, and even gave excellent local food recommendations. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. Overall, my stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I switched to another Atour hotel, expecting it to be great, but to my surprise, this one wasn't as good as the last. There's only one public restroom, and I'm not sure if that's standard for Atour. The room itself was decent, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, but the facilities weren't great, and there's only one elevator. It's also really hard to find places to eat around the hotel, and it's quite a walk to the subway.

Our stay was like a lightly sweetened coffee, with bitter moments and sweet memories intertwined, leaving a lasting impression. Late Night Congee: Great value for money and plenty of natural light. Facilities: Clean. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Good.

Atour hotel was recommended by my HK friend. First time I stay in this hotel chain and their hotel attendance team was superb! Good Team work, helpful and always going to the extra miles. Specially mention to a hotel attendant named 小赵. He was helpful with good manners and given us lots of helping hand to unbox my puzzle and to repack in lighter weight. For such excellent service, I tips him n he refuses to take saying that’s his job to ensure we hotel guest well taken care off. Then we bought some food for him also he says not right for him to take as that’s his job. Very professional and well manner gentleman. Give him a like!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel is with washer and dryer. Clean and tidy room free to be used by hotel guest. If room can have fridge and safe box will be even better. Also extra hanger for towel will be much appreciated since two person stay in a room. Currently only one hanger to hang one towel. Location was so so comparing to our earlier hotel attendant Huaihai road. But with such warm hospitality so well compensated. I stay here several times a year. There aren't many dining options around the hotel, and since it's located in an alley, I prefer staying on a higher floor for safety. They accommodated my room request and provided an eye mask and body lotion. The hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, which is really convenient for longer stays. The breakfast isn't extensive but it's decent. Initially, there was a musty smell in the hallway, but they addressed it immediately after I reported it.

Service: The front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. I received excellent assistance. I arrived very early in the morning after a flight from overseas and was very tired, so I asked if I could check in early. The front desk attendant was very kind and helped me with an early check-in. When I left, I forgot my medicine in the fridge, and they quickly confirmed it and helped me retrieve it. Cleanliness: Although the hotel facilities aren't the newest, the cleanliness was impeccable. There was no smoke smell upon check-in, and the toiletries cups had absolutely no water stains, which was a huge plus.

This hotel was great! It's super close to my business destination, and I had some time to explore the area too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The transport links are excellent, the metro basically takes you straight there, and the front desk staff were really polite!
