位置很好，距離地鐵站近，到虹橋車站機場和會展中心都比較近。房間略小，但是比較乾淨。早餐廳在一樓，東西比較少，

臟！地上有人用過的創可貼，都包漿了，巨噁心。還有衞生間裏的垃圾桶上面有煙灰的痕跡。我們沒人抽煙。這些都是一進來就看到的臟東西，當時拍了照片原本想叫再來打掃一下的，後來出去吃飯回來晚了。離店好幾天了，剛想起來，反正就是很差！還有離店當天晚上，我先生耳機落在酒店了，入住當晚用過耳機，早上忘了拿走，離店當晚打電話過去，第二天一整天酒店都沒個反饋和回覆。耳機沒了至今酒店也沒説句抱歉，就在房間裏還能消失啊。房間裏面一直有嗡嗡的聲音，噪音好大。實在太差！

《一衹大耗子和一聲尖叫》早上起來迷迷糊糊的去上廁所，直接嚇醒，嚇呆，嚇傻！也不知道這個大耗子晚上有沒有在我們床上，衣服，鞋子，化粧品上爬過！溝通之後酒店還是衹同意了退一晚房費，而不做任何賠償…………（膽小勿點）

服務不滿意，入住的時候訂單搞不清，雙人房説我訂的一人早餐，跟她説明我訂了二人的，不信，拿着我的手機看了半天，然後直接了當問我花了多少錢，莫名其妙。
