Campanile（Shanghai Natural History Museum）

The room was quite spacious and the environment was really pleasant. The location is also a big plus, making it very convenient to get to the Natural History Museum!

Extremely satisfied! It's very convenient, super close to the Natural History Museum, and getting to Lujiazui is easy too. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is located by the Suzhou River, just north of the Shanghai Natural History Museum. It's conveniently located, with easy access to transportation, and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. The facilities and cleanliness are excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff are warm and enthusiastic, and they're very efficient at handling individual requests. I had a great rest here and highly recommend it!

After a hectic day at Disney, we brought the kids here after strolling through the Natural History Museum. It's a hotel that's quiet despite being in a bustling area! The walk here was very scenic. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were young, enthusiastic, and energetic. It's also very convenient to get a taxi to The Bund and Shanghai Station.

The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable. They served a Western breakfast, and there were a lot of foreign guests. The street outside was full of Shanghai charm, and there was even an unmanned bookstore. Overall, the location and my stay were quite good. The only slight drawback was the poor soundproofing; noise from the hallway and next door was sometimes a disturbance.

We stayed at Conco for 4 nights with our child. It was our first time in China, and we were unfamiliar with many things. A huge thank you to Xiao Liu, the friendly front desk staff member, who was incredibly patient and meticulous in helping us resolve issues, explaining things, and sharing information. We are truly grateful to Xiao Liu! He helped us so much and made us feel right at home. Thank you! The hotel is conveniently located near the Museum of Natural History, within walking distance. The surrounding area is peaceful, away from the city's hustle and bustle. However, the hotel offers various activities perfect for children or interacting with family and friends. The breakfast was also rich and delicious! Our room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you, Conco Hotel, for making our first stop and first impression of China so wonderful.
