Hotel is out of nowhere, nothing in the district, nearest metro station is around 20 mins drive away. However it is close to airport and Disneyland, hotel provides shuttle bus to there as well. Overall a very classy hotel, just poor location.

Someone smokes in the non-smoking room, and the smoke is passed down to the next room.Someone smokes and makes a scene until 3:30 a.m. There is no notice of smoking cessation at the front desk. The hotel is located in the factory area. Breakfast tastes bad. This hotel's rating is a lie.

Didn’t enjoy this hotel at all. Loud families shouting and spitting everywhere. The hotel staff were nice though.

The room is super big, and it's not crowded at all for a family. The hotel service is also very good. When they heard that we were going to Disney the next day, they gave us a hairband. The children also prepared special toothbrushes and slippers. The hygiene is very good, the bedding and towels are relatively new and clean. It is worth recommending

The free airport pick-up service is great. As soon as I got off the plane, there was a staff member to pick me up. The front desk checked in quickly, upgraded the room for free, and gave me welcome fruit. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Disneyland next time!

The hotel environment is great, I like the commercial street-like promenade with blue sky and white clouds. The kawaii walls and animal ornaments are great for taking photos. The room is spacious, neat and cost-effective.

The experience was pretty good. The waitress helped carry the luggage to the room. Thumbs up 👍. This time I mainly brought children to Disneyland. Disneyland is currently off-season, but there are still many people.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and is easy to use. Disney transfer service was great and on time. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Thank you to the hotel for bringing happiness and excellent service to the entire trip to Shanghai
