The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Expo Exhibition Center, Mercedes-Benz Arena, Expo Culture Park, China Art Museum, and the Romance Park. Downstairs, you'll find the Expo Place mall, and nearby is Expo Source, offering a rich array of commercial and entertainment options. As expected from a Hyatt hotel, the service quality is consistently high. During check-in, I met Ryan, the duty manager, who thoughtfully upgraded me to a stylish river-view room on the top floor and also gifted us cocktail hour access and a complimentary Mini Bar. The hotel lobby, while small, is very well-designed with a sensible layout. The room was a standard size, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable – just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. My only minor complaints are that the bathroom is a bit small with only one sink, and for a new hotel of this caliber, I was surprised there wasn't a bidet. All other amenities are comprehensive. The pool and gym are on B1; the pool isn't huge but sufficient, while the gym is much more spacious with professional equipment – a dream for fitness enthusiasts. Regarding dining, breakfast is semi-buffet style with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Plus, you get to overlook the Pudong riverside, so the views are undeniably stunning. Overall, the quality control of Hyatt hotels remains consistently stable. This hotel is suitable for business travelers, families with children, or couples looking for a leisure stay. If you're coming for an exhibition, a concert, or just visiting Shanghai, it's a highly recommended place to stay.

I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the concert venue, just a 500-meter walk away. I booked a room last minute at the hotel, and the front desk manager, Ruoruo, was incredibly kind throughout the process. Knowing I preferred quiet, she specifically arranged a room far from the elevators and crowded areas. I had a very peaceful night's sleep, which made me so happy! The hotel opened last year, so the hardware facilities are excellent. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the capsule coffee was delicious. The complimentary tea was from T9. Dining at the hotel is very convenient; the World Expo Cultural Park mall is right downstairs and has everything. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, with both à la carte and buffet options. The night view from the rooftop bar is beautiful, and on weekends, they even have live singers. Enjoying a cocktail there is incredibly relaxing. The only downside is that the parking lot is shared with the mall, making parking very difficult on weekends. Spaces are few and hard to find. If you're staying at the hotel, it's probably best not to drive.

This newly opened hotel near the exhibition center offers excellent overall service. I was particularly impressed by the warm hospitality from the duty manager Ryan, and staff members Flora and Jesse. Everyone was so friendly, which added a lot of warmth to my business trip. I was really curious about the complimentary bicycles the hotel offers; cycling along the river with a gentle breeze was incredibly pleasant. The dining environment at the 20th-floor bar was also great, and the staff were very attentive – they even thoughtfully provided a shawl because the air conditioning was a bit strong. I will definitely be staying here again.

I'm giving the environment five stars because it was incredibly convenient for the concert. Mercedes-Benz Arena is right across from the hotel. The service was also good; I booked a river view room, and because I wasn't happy with the view, the duty manager actively made adjustments, which was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future concerts.

This hotel opened last year, and overall, my experience was pretty good. **Facilities:** The facilities are complete and well-equipped. However, the air conditioning vent is directly above the head of the bed, which made sleeping at night a bit uncomfortable as it blew on my head. **Environment:** There's a commercial area nearby, and you can also rent bicycles to ride around. **Cleanliness:** It was clean and tidy. **Service:** The front desk staff and the duty manager, Ryan, were both excellent. There was a minor issue while the room was being tidied, but it was addressed promptly after I reported it. **Breakfast:** I stayed for two nights. The first breakfast on Friday wasn't very busy, and the service seemed decent. The second breakfast on Saturday was much busier. When I arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, there was no one at the entrance, so I had to find a table myself. No staff came to ask what drinks I wanted, and there was no ordering service available anymore. The breakfast dishes themselves were quite good, though.

The room facilities are new and very comfortable, and the view from the window is excellent. I went to the Mercedes-Benz Arena for a concert this time, and it was only a few minutes' walk away, which was super convenient! The butlers, Nancy and Miya Yuki, were also very warm and attentive. All in all, a five-star experience! 👍

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and Ryan Zhang, the manager on duty at the front desk, was incredibly kind and helpful! He gave me a room on the 15th floor with a view of the 'Shanghai Trio' (Lujiazui skyline). The room was clean and tidy, with a North American-inspired decor. The bedding was very comfortable, and the overall hotel service was excellent. It exceeded my expectations!

I booked this hotel when I came to Mercedes-Benz Arena for Li Jian's concert. Upon arrival, I found the location to be excellent and the hotel itself was great. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. Because a friend from Shanghai unexpectedly came to visit me and stayed overnight, they specially changed our room to a twin-bedded room. The hygiene was good, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I really love the hotel's decor style. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm at the Mercedes-Benz Arena.

Came to see a concert at Mercedes-Benz Arena, and the location is incredibly close. It's only a five to six-minute walk from the arena to the hotel, which made attending the concert super convenient. The hotel's decor is quite unique, and the service was excellent, especially Nancy, Miya, and Camellia, who were very attentive. I'll definitely choose Tongsen again next time I come for a concert.
