MUMIAN SHANGHAI EXPO, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

I brought my child to Shanghai for a visa application, and we only had one day. However, the hotel's thoughtful service made a huge difference. The day before we arrived, the hotel called to ask about my room preferences. I listed a few requests, and they were all perfectly arranged. The hotel lobby isn't huge, but it's quite stylish – my wife described it as 'bling-bling,' while the room itself was standard. Another highlight was the breakfast; typically, hotel breakfasts are just 'better than nothing.' But this one deserves a big thumbs-up – it was delicious, well-presented, and fragrant. I ate so much in the morning, I felt guilty! The hotel is diagonally opposite the China Pavilion and next to a shopping center, which is incredibly convenient. Our family took a taxi to the West Bund Dream Center, which cost around 23 yuan.

The hotel thoughtfully arranged a room with a very large bed and the view was absolutely beautiful, directly overlooking the 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers in Lujiazui). I also really liked the decor, which incorporated Shanghai's culture and history. The staff were very attentive. I'll definitely book here again next time.

The room was great, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, perfect for charging up and shopping.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Expo Riverside. The front desk upgraded us to a river-view room, offering fantastic views of Nanpu Bridge and the Lujiazui skyline (the 'Three Piece Suit'). There's a mall directly accessible from downstairs, making it very convenient for getting around. The style is Nanyang-inspired, and I'd definitely choose Kapok again next time.

My stay at the Shanghai Expo Park Blossom House Hotel was exceptional, largely due to Duan's outstanding service, which provided a luxury experience far beyond my expectations. As a Hyatt Centric property, the hotel perfectly blends understated elegance with sophisticated artistic taste. The high-ceilinged and expansive public areas incorporate modern aesthetics, where art installations and lighting design complement each other beautifully. Stepping into the lobby immediately transports you away from the city's hustle and bustle, creating an incredibly immersive atmosphere.

Facilities: Very new and nice. I really love the bedding at this hotel; I slept like a baby 💤 Cleanliness: Good. Ambiance: Fragrant and very well-designed. Service: Attentive! My butler Duan made my trip even more perfect ❤️ Definitely a bonus for the hotel. Minibar: There's a bar with a river view in the evening, and Tsingtao beer too! Location is also super amazing; you can walk to the riverside, and the scenery is beautiful. Overall, full stars! 🌟

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The day before check-in, they called to ask about our needs. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and upgraded our room for free, complete with welcome fruits and snacks. The room itself was great, fully smart-controlled, and offered views of the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Financial Center. The front desk even gave us afternoon tea and breakfast vouchers. The service was truly exceptional, and the kids loved the hotel too.

The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The complimentary fruit was very fresh, and the room service and staff attitude were both superb! The restaurant on the 4th floor served excellent food! The personalized service was top-notch! Great location too!

So happy to stay at Kapok Hotel again, I've become a regular! The facilities are reliable, the environment is great, the service is spot on, and the breakfast is delicious. I communicated with Michelle beforehand, and everything was seamless. I'll definitely be back next time!
