The room was clean, and the lovely lady at the front desk was very thoughtful, helping me choose a quiet room. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful.

We chose a suite because we were traveling with our kids for a birthday celebration, and we wanted them to have plenty of space to play. The hotel thoughtfully helped decorate the room for the holiday and even provided a welcome fruit platter, along with an elephant and a cake made from towels! The kids absolutely loved it. It was a very sweet and considerate gesture!

The room was clean and tidy, and the sanitation was exceptionally well-maintained. The location is excellent, with a great city view. The staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were complete and perfect. My stay was a perfect experience, very satisfied, and highly recommended! You can even see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from the higher-floor rooms.

The room was spacious and close to Shanghai Railway Station. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We even received a welcome drink upon check-in, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Even though it's near the train station, it was surprisingly quiet at night, not noisy at all.

During my May Day holiday trip to Shanghai, I checked into the hotel and the front desk agent, Alan, proactively upgraded our room for free. The room was exceptionally clean, with great facilities, a fantastic view, and plenty of space – it was a wonderful start to our holiday! Even more thoughtfully, they offered us a complimentary buffet breakfast to try. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. A special shout-out to Strawberry, the F&B manager, whose service was incredibly attentive. When she learned we were heading out for sightseeing, she prepared some drinks for us to take along. And when we returned in the evening, she sent up fresh fruit, instantly relieving our day's fatigue. This stay truly delivered on both amenities and heartwarming hospitality. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

Absolutely fantastic! First off, the location is incredibly convenient, super close to Shanghai Railway Station—just a short walk away. The front desk staff were really friendly and even proactively helped us find a parking spot. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a great view.

We originally booked for two people, but then added a third! The hotel facilities were great, and everything was very clean. The service was especially heartwarming, with excellent and thoughtful room service. It really made our trip to Shanghai perfect!
