We stayed for 12 nights as a family. Great location, friendly staff and the room was super clean. Will definitely consider it next time in Shanghai!

On the first day we arrived, the hotel room had a very heavy smoke smell despite being a smoke-free hotel. Later on, we realized that there were people smoking in the hotel at the shared spaces but nothing was enforced to stop the smokers. Requested for a room change, but was not given until halfway through our stay. Breakfast food also runs out before the 10am closing time. On the first day, coffee beans ran out. Cleaning is ok, however we found a cleaning staff in our room despite placing the Do Not Disturb sign - this was worrying even though we had no valuables in the room at the time. Later she explained that her salary was based on the number of rooms cleaned, and requested that we switch off the DND sign. Overall, a very poor stay for "Hilton" standards.

週末陪兒子合格考，發現學校對面就是賓館，毫不猶豫定了2晚。前台小姐姐Queeny給我額外增送了一位早飯，由於房間緊張我分開定房，Queeny積極協調2晚住在一個房間，在兒子緊張考試時間讓人感動。
