A pleasant stay, nice bathroom, nice bathtub, good water pressure and nice view of Shanghai skyline

Thankyou for the free upgrade room from the hotel! This hotel is so modern and clean, we love the design. The room is so comfortable and big. Breakfast not much choices but all in good quality condition. Very nice!

Amazing hotel. Very modern, everything you need in the room. Even a yoga mat. Breakfast had many good choices. Definitely a recommendation if you have business in this area.

The hotel is really nice. The lobby to the room was nice and very well thought. Breakfast taste was good but could have bigger and better spread. The room is very comfortable, bed pillow could have more option, the hotel have turn down service as well. The hotel should have robot to send the deliveries to the room instead of collecting from then back of the hotel. ***The hotel should give more direction for didi drivers to know how to drive into lobby. Hotel is in too new area so nothing much around here. Maybe will be back if I have chance.

The hotel is simply incredible. The staff is super friendly and speaks English well. We really enjoyed our stay here!

A brand new hotel in the heart of Qiantan, the room was very clean, with a nice view on Taikoo Li. The staff is very nice and helpful, with even a French speaker (thank you Eva). We will stay at Artyzen again for sure. :)

Good hotel and service.

The hotel is an outstanding hotel to stay when visiting Shanghai. It is located next to the New Bunk shopping mall and access to metro. The hotel service standards are great as they are responsive to my requests and always ready to help. The room is large, comfortable, and nicely designed. They provide complimentary beverage in room. Most important is the staff like Nikki who has been very helpful.

It was okay to stay. Modern design. 300m to shopping mall. Nice breakfast, not many buffets style but high quality food. Pretty worthy!

Great hotel!

The hotel has a sense of design, the rooms are comfortable, the colors are stylish and elegant, forget the mini bar service, the gym equipment is very good, but the bathroom is not satisfactory, the toilet is too ordinary, the flow line of the shower area is not ideal...

The hotel is in a great location, with Qiantan 31 Performing Arts Center downstairs. It is within 10 minutes' walk to Qiantan Taikoo Li and Shanghai New York University, which is especially suitable for guests from other places who come to Shanghai to watch performances. The hotel room is large, decorated in a Nordic minimalist style, with sanitary ware from well-known brands, and very good bedding and accessories. The service staff is also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to provide turndown service. The efficiency of check-in and check-out at the front desk is also very good. The only flaw is that when I wanted to take a bath in the middle of the night, I found that the drain plug of the bathtub had some problems and could not be locked. I hope the hotel will pay attention to these details.

As of September, this is the hotel with the best experience this year. I chose to stay here because it is close to the performing arts center. However, the hotel is amazing. It is highly private, quiet and clean. I also like the decoration style, and the service staff also answered all my questions. Also, I would like to ask what brand the kettle is. Hahaha, it looks good and is easy to use.

The interior facilities are clean and good. It is far from the city center, but there are good malls nearby, and many ordinary malls. The tea provided is also delicious. There are yoga mats and other simple exercise equipment in the room. The bathtub is good.
