Atour hotel never disappoints! The service for this Atour is beyond excellent, really clean and very comfortable stay overall! Highly recommended for everyone. Thank you for the free gifts and even helping us with our luggage until the end of our stay!

The best value-for-money hotel in Shanghai, every detail is meticulously done! The subway entrance is right outside.

What I want to highlight most is the service. A typhoon was about to hit Shanghai, and the front desk staff repeatedly and earnestly advised me not to go out at night if possible. They also told me I could borrow an umbrella or even rain boots from them if needed. There's also a free supper service at night if I got hungry. Seeing my arm in a sling, they even walked me to the door and told me to call the front desk anytime if I had any special requests.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the front desk and service staff were all excellent in terms of service quality and attitude. Even during the typhoon, the service was top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and tidy. The blackout curtains were fantastic – I slept right through until noon, thinking it was still dark outside!

First off, I have to praise the incredibly convenient location. It's just a 3-minute walk from Pudong Avenue Station, which is served by lines 4 and 14. Secondly, all the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. As for the quality, Atour Hotel always delivers, no need to say more!

Had to switch hotels last minute, which was a bit stressful, but luckily I found this one! The hygiene is excellent, and the 'Jimu' king room was very quiet. It's super convenient for the subway, making it easy to get to Lujiazui, Xuhui, and People's Square. The staff were all very responsible and patient, and my child was so happy! 🥳

I had the unexpected opportunity to stay at the Atour Hotel Shanghai Center Lujiazui this time. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how unique the hotel looked, even though it was late at night. The front desk staff were very diligent. The room was incredibly cozy, and the automatic curtains were a thoughtful touch, perfectly sealing out all light (no more worrying about a sliver of sunlight disturbing my sleep in the morning). The air conditioning was set at a comfortable temperature, and the bed was also very comfortable. The two types of pillows were perfect for both resting and lounging back to watch the World Cup. What was even more surprising was the breakfast – I didn't expect such a rich spread! There was a variety of Western breakfast options, Chinese congee, and even Shanghainese specialty noodle soup. Thumbs up for this trip!

Atour is consistently great for a good night's sleep! Facilities: The lobby always has plenty of umbrellas available for guests, which is super helpful during the rainy season. They also have an ice machine, so you can grab ice whenever you need it from the lobby. The bedding is all very comfortable, and I've even bought their pillows multiple times for my home. Hygiene: The toiletries in the room are individually sealed in plastic bags, ensuring they're replaced for every new guest. They even provide alcohol wipes next to the toilet, which is convenient for cleaning. Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the subway exit. Service: The service is very thoughtful, and my stay was wonderful. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality!

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, check-in was efficient, and they even offered a comforting welcome tea. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the freshly ground coffee was rich and delicious. The hotel's design is simple yet elegant, and the Bamboo Study (Zhuju Shuba) has an amazing ambiance with meticulous attention to detail. I'll definitely choose Atour again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was excellent. On the first day, the front desk helped me take my luggage to my room. Any issues I raised were dealt with quickly. Overall, it was a great experience. They also asked about my stay when I checked out, which was nice! The breakfast was also very good, I really enjoyed it.

The room environment was great, the service was great, the location was great, and the price was just right. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; you could hear everything from the hallway and the next room. As a parting gift, they even gave me a U-shaped pillow for my train ride.
