Guest UserThe hotel was very thoughtful with its special tips for the Gaokao (college entrance exam), and even gave a bouquet of flowers wishing 'victory at one stroke' 💐. The room felt great, and the service was good and polite. They even gave a cute little hand cream. The breakfast was good, much better than the Holiday Inn in Songjiang, where I stayed for a day before switching here. I just forgot to grab a freshly ground coffee!

Guest UserThe room features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent natural light and an expansive view. During the day, natural light fills the entire room, making it bright enough without needing to turn on the lights. The view outside the window is unobstructed and clear, and you can even catch a soft sunset in the evening. The layout is well-designed, with a sofa by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. The hotel's surroundings are also lovely, with plenty of greenery. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer complimentary tea and biscuits. The front desk staff were all very polite, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly. Overall, a fantastic experience, definitely five stars!

jourdantw121) Room Service:
Always responsive and quick. Thumbs up! 👍
2) Room Facilities:
1. The table was wobbly (room service proactively showed me other rooms, but they all had the same issue, so I didn't switch...).
2. The tissue box was broken and could easily cut your hand.
3. The air conditioning wasn't very effective; it was stuffy if the window was closed, and too noisy if it was open (I asked for a fan, and they provided one quickly).
3) Breakfast:
The worst I've experienced in all the cities I've visited (Hohhot/Harbin/Changchun/Shenyang/Dalian/Beijing/Hefei/Suzhou/Wuhan/Taiyuan/Xi'an/Hangzhou/Fuzhou/Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Nanchang...).
1. Service:
The staff were indifferent and didn't smile.
Tables were cleared quickly, but napkins weren't refilled promptly.
No steak knives available.
The most frustrating thing was that they didn't provide gloves or utensils for takeout containers, and the staff member 'confidently' said they didn't have any... I had to tell my daughter in the room to wash her hands and eat with her fingers...
2. Food:
The coffee machine's water level wasn't adjusted correctly, so the Americano was only half a cup.
The fried fish fillet's coating was too hard.
The croissants were dry and hard.
The toppings at the noodle station looked unappetizing (lack of proper lighting).
The steamed items at the pastry station weren't steaming and tasted cold.
4) Laundry Room:
1. The ironing board was uneven and rusty (which could stain guests' clothes, causing a lot of trouble).
5) Lobby:
1. The overall lighting was dim.
2. The welcome cookies were individually packaged, which is hygienic.
3. Self-service printing is available. Thumbs up! 👍
4. Plenty of seating sofas are provided. Thumbs up! 👍
5. The staff were smiling.

Shengxiakongxinyaobuyao1992Overall, a great experience! I have to commend the staff, especially Mia, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout. Check-in was smooth, and all our requests were handled promptly. Any issues we had were quickly and properly resolved by the staff; I truly couldn't find a single fault with the service.
The room had just been renovated, and the decor was fantastic, creating a wonderful ambiance. However, there were two minor drawbacks: first, a faint smell of renovation lingered, though it lessened considerably after airing out the room for a while. Second, the hotel was a bit noisy. Our room was near the road, and the sound of passing cars was quite noticeable. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or request a room on the parking lot side.
The breakfast was also quite varied, and the kids really enjoyed it!
All in all, the minor flaws were overshadowed by the positives. The excellent service was a big plus, and the newly renovated environment looked great. It would be even more perfect once the smell completely dissipates and the soundproofing is improved. It offers good value for money and I'd recommend it to anyone who values attentive service and isn't overly sensitive to noise.
