GreenTree Inn Properties in Shanghai

I was really frustrated because the movie-themed hotel across the street was absolutely terrible – stinky, dark, and no windows. So, in the pouring rain, I quickly checked into the nearby GreenTree Inn. Maybe it was just how awful the other place was, but by comparison, GreenTree Inn was a huge improvement. Honestly, for the price, the experience wasn't quite what I expected. There's no elevator, the room is quite small, and it's really far from the subway station. I'd recommend trying the Daishimo Hotel near the entrance of Xiaoximen subway station instead; I just saw it when I passed by. Even Xiaoximen station, which is the closest subway station to this hotel, is still a long and distant walk.
