The location is incredibly convenient, with most places just about 1 kilometer away. For food delivery or express services, the front desk arranges for a robot to bring them directly to your room. While self-service laundry usually means you do it yourself, here, the front desk handles it for you. You just need to write down your requests on a note. Your clothes are washed and hung outside your room door before 8 AM the next morning, perfectly clean and smelling wonderful. I had absolutely no complaints during my stay; their attention to detail in service was truly exceptional.

This hotel is located very strategically within walking distance to the Bund and also the Yu Garden shopping alley. The staffs are extremely courteous and professional. They also help to receive packages and manage them very well. The room is pretty spacious and comfortable.

Ok where to start? Checking in was easy and they let me know of a possible upgrade. Which obviously I took. So they moved me after the second night. Which was easy, they just gave me the new room key when I came back. Service? Fantastic. They don’t speak English well but that didn’t prevent anything from being understood. Also had welcome fruit.
The building is gorgeous. Also, literally right down the street from The Bund and other areas. It’s not far from the subway station either. They have some restaurants and a bar in the building. There are cafes and restaurants down the street as well (less than 5 minutes away).
It can get a bit loud at night outside but you are in the heart of the city. Blackout curtains help a lot. I still slept well.
I was posting on my social media about the view and everything which led to me recommending it to some friends already before I checked out this morning.
As a solo female traveler I felt completely safe the entire time. Even late at night and early in the morning. I would definitely recommend it. I would stay again.
To the staff, thank you all for being so amazing!

Really enjoyed our stay here - they offered us complimentary late night snack (congee, dimsum, etc.) Every day, the room was refilled with snacks, bottled water and drinks. There are 3 washers and dryers for complimentary use and the TV even indicates how many are available so you can check before heading down.

We stayed one week while attending a conference. We found this place excellent value for money. Ideally located perfect distance too from the city center. Highly recommended.
Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. We booked with breakfast included. Breakfast selection was great catering for everyones needs. Rooms are cleaned and serviced daily with fresh towels, etc.
2nd floor there is well maintained laundry with washers and dryers. You can put your clothes in the washing machine and leave. Hotel staff will dry the clothes and leave for you for free !
The street outside the hotel is full of eating places from street food to high-end restaurants and cafes locals eat.
You can walk t the metro station and go anywhere from here easily. When we arrived, we took a premium DiDi (Chinese Uber) car to the hotel, from Pudon Airport, at a cost of 172 Yuan (that is about 36 Australian dollars). But if you don't have heavy luggage to carry, you can catch metro all the way from the airport for a couple of yuan!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel- the room, staff, and amenities were all very good. I think it must be noted that the bed is dangerously comfortable! The staff were very understanding, patient, and helpful which was meaningful to me as I majorly had to communicate through a translation app. They’re very lenient with late checkouts too. They have breakfast available from 7am-10am, with a variety of Chinese and Western options to choose from.
However, the laundry process may seem confusing as the English translation on the guide barely makes sense. It’s actually an easy and straightforward process- which I only realized after consulting my Chinese-speaking friend.
Otherwise, I had no complaints. This was truly a very enjoyable stay. Big th
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping. I really appreciated the laundry room, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is also excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The only downside was the construction and roadwork happening nearby, which was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything about the stay was wonderful, and I would still highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to wish everyone to stay here. It is not noticeable from the road, within walking distance, but it is very convenient to go from it to Nanjing Street, to the Bund. Opposite there is an amazing coffee shop, and 7/11. But the most important thing is the comfortable pillows, now I want one of these pillows for my home! Convenient laundry, unlimited drinking water and candy for children! You are the best! The Chinese are cool!

I booked the Atour Hotel in Shanghai on a business trip, across from a client's office. The hotel is very conveniently located. Take Metro Line 4, Dalian Road Station, Exit 4, turn right, and walk 20 meters to the main entrance. The hotel is small, but conveniently located. There's free ground-level parking, a FamilyMart nearby, and several snack shops and cafes nearby. The room was clean, the bedding was excellent, the service was excellent, the room was fully voice-activated, and there was free porridge and soup in the evening. The only downside was that the automatic curtains only closed or opened completely, not halfway. The manufacturer should revise the automatic opening and closing mode.
Our first trip to Shanghai we did a lot of research and ended up choosing the Atour team due to the fact they are modern and new, it was the best decision of our trip as the team and hotel were beyond our expectations. From the night we arrived we were treated with the nicest reception crew and helped us check in and even accommodated our room upgrade request last minute. They were extremely patient and helpful the whole way through. The hotel was clean and very convenient to all sorts of shops and transport. The free supper at the restaurant was a very nice touch. The free amenities like gym and laundry was a life saver for our 2 week trip, I couldn't imagine doing laundry when I come home after a trip! The room amenities and service were amazing, complimentary water, ice tea and soft drinks with daily refills shows small things go a long way, unlike some major hotels that charge you for small things in the room, Atour will make you feel like you're right at home. The management staff needs to be applauded as they've trained a very respectful and kind hearted team, they assisted with a lot of local request that we struggled with. Being a tourist having local support and guidance was to die for. We will definitely be traveling to China again and for sure only going to stay with the team at Atour, they have places all across China and that's already a good enough reason to visit other cities. 5+++++++!!!
For families they also have cartoon theme rooms and suites to select as well.
Thank you team Atour!❤️

GGuest UserMy experience at Atour far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles were warm and genuine, like a gentle autumn breeze. They proactively helped with my luggage during check-in, thoughtfully brought local tea bags to my room after I'd settled in, and even remembered my preference for warm water when I returned late. These subtle details revealed their genuine attentiveness. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise: the tabletops and mirrors were spotless, and even the corners under the bed were perfectly clean. The bathrobes felt crisp and had a sun-kissed freshness, completely putting my mind at ease about hotel hygiene. The facilities are thoughtfully designed for travelers' needs: the desk was at the perfect height for working, there were USB ports by the bed, and the soundproofing was excellent – no outside noise could penetrate. What I loved most were their tea sets and the reading nook. Brewing a cup of tea and enjoying a book there, all my travel fatigue instantly melted away. An Atour like this truly deserves to be my first choice for all future travels.
FFedor KUKANOVIt was very comfortable and good hotel.
They have perfect pillows in room numbers.
You sleeping like on the heavens.
If you would like you can buy it easily on the reception. If you buying more than 1 - you will have a good discount. I bought 2.
There are small gym and free laundry on the 1st floor.
All staff is very friendly and ready to help you every time and everywhere.
One minus only - nobody speak English. I used translator.
JJoyce_mengWe took the kids to the wildlife park for an evening visit on the weekend. Since returning to the city center late at night would be too much of a hassle, we decided to book a hotel nearby.
Atour has been getting a lot of buzz for years, but this was actually my first stay.
Here are some of the highlights:
1. We left the park around 8:30 PM and arrived at the hotel around 9 PM. They offered complimentary congee and snacks like rice cakes after 9:30 PM, which was a real lifesaver, as the kids would definitely have been hungry in the middle of the night otherwise.
2. We booked a package that included breakfast for two, but I hadn't noticed at the time that it was an internal-facing room. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a 'Jimu' room. The Jimu room felt just as luxurious as a star-rated hotel; I have high standards for cleanliness, and Atour perfectly met them. Plus, this twin room even had a bathtub, complete with a disposable liner, which made the kids incredibly happy!
3. Breakfast was quite varied, offering noodles, pastries, cold dishes, and main courses. The only minor drawback was that the restaurant was a bit small and could get crowded on weekends and holidays.
4. It's been quite hot recently. When we headed out to the park in the afternoon, we found complimentary mung bean soup at the front desk, and you could even add ice cubes yourself – such a thoughtful touch!
Given our excellent experience, I've already joined Atour's membership program. I also discovered you can link your membership with Alipay for upgrades and access many discount coupons. We're already considering staying at Atour again for our upcoming National Day holiday trip!
NNingningkankan ²⁰²⁴The second night, continue
You can request to share the twin beds in the guest room. The bedding is not as big as the hotel recommended, but the front desk gave us a large thermos for us to use for Chinese medicine. It was very comfortable, so we slept well the second night.
Breakfast is still satisfactory
Parking is free, but you need to report your license plate number to the front desk every day, which can be more user-friendly.
I checked in in the afternoon on the first day. I went back to the hotel in the evening and told the front desk that the two orders were all activated and the room card could be used for two nights. In fact, when I came back from the exam at noon the next day, I still found that I needed to update my room card, which felt a bit outrageous, hahahahaha
I forgot to mention that I borrowed two umbrellas for the two days of exams and it rained for two days, which was really great.
Driving home the next day after taking the exam, I passed by Songjiang Yunjian Granary to check in for dinner. I was full of happiness.

JJealousFINI decided to go back to China to watch a concert and visit Disneyland at the same time. I booked a hotel that is close to Disneyland and the airport. It was already 12 o'clock at night when I checked in, but the receptionist was very enthusiastic to receive me and helped with the delivery. Because I didn't have a domestic phone number, I couldn't order takeout. The receptionist also helped me fill in her number. Thank you 🙏🏻 The facilities are very complete. The cleaning lady helps to clean every day. It's very clean. There are many delicious foods around the hotel. The takeout delivery robot is very cute. However, I made a note before checking in to stay away from the elevator, but for some reason, I was still arranged in a room close to the elevator. It will be very noisy and affect my sleep.
AAguilar Hernandezis a good affordable clean option for one night and if you have activities to do around the area.
The most critical negative comment is that the rooms are not sound proof I could hear someone from other rooms snoring and from outside.

Very Good
MMaomaoThis is the perfect choice for business trips! The hotel's location near the business district makes business meetings and travel convenient. The room's soundproofing is superb; you can't hear any outside noise at all, making it especially quiet for working overtime. The desk is spacious and comfortable, the lighting is soft and not glaring, and the internet is incredibly stable—video conferencing and file transfers are smooth without any lag. 24-hour tea and printing services are available, and the front desk is responsive and professional, even arranging wake-up calls. The bedding is just the right firmness, ensuring a high quality sleep and effectively relieving the fatigue of business trips. It's already on my list of must-stay hotels for business trips!

GGuest UserBeautiful environment, great service! The late night porridge is delicious! The room is smart, very considerate! The room facing the yard is sunny and very comfortable, and it feels like home! I will stay here again next time I come!

3-min from hotel room to Line 2 Metro door, highly recommended if anyone who is looking for convenient public transportation.
