Worst experience never go to this place really dirty and there is no service and even if u don't find any other hotel please cancel ur trip and don't end up in this place just see pics of how pathetic this hotel is after taking their most expensive room

DNT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL,before my trip,2 days prior I booked hotel from hotel number provided on Google ,I already had a word with with them my flight is reaching late night,but when I arrive at hotel, receptionist took 15 mins to come downstairs,in meanwhile waiter told me hotel is sold out,after 15 mins receptionist came and told me there is no water in hotel,u need to look for another property at 1 am in night,then they offered me another property,,HOTEL BRIGHT, where I have to pay more and hotel is lack of basic amenities like a bottle of water and coke,they don't have have facility of even tea and coffee,no AC,no toiletries,even AC water went is inside washroom,ITS A SCAM NOT A HOTEL

Nice hotel, when I entered in to the hotel the lobby will designed and rooms are good, very relaxing and reasonable price, truly value for money. Don't go through few negative reviews the hotel is best in class, I stayed all hotels near airport but signatures have some good specifications.

Nice hotel Good rooms and food service is Very Good.staff are Very friendly rooms and maintenance was neat and clean.definitely worth it.it was great place my experience in the hotel. I would love to visit again It's a wonderful stay at the Rainbow Tower. One of the best hotel in Hyderabad.All hotel areas are neat and clean well maintained. Rooms are specious and the design of the rooms are very modern. It feels wow when you enter in the room. Good front office assistance and friendly staff.

Worst hotel ever visited by me. Pathetic condition of room. The flush was not working, mirror was cracked and the washbasin was leaking making the entire washroom wet and stinky. Extra bed was not provided, rather just a mattress was given. The attitude of the front desk ***ager was like a local goonda, arrogant and non-apologetic for the issues raised and also for not arranging the pick-up as per commitment. The hotel staff thoroughly lacked professional approach to their task. Never ever visit this hotel.

I wish i could give zero rating for this hotel for the behavior and fraud they have done. we booked this hotel for just for night stay and paid full amount. before booking i made call to hotel and they confirmed they have room available. I tried to negotiate as this was only for night stay. as i was able to find decent price online i booked it through Yatra. once we reached hotel around 10 30 PM. they started saying their AC are not working. plumbing issue with washroom etc. they denied entry to us and asked us to shift to their another third class hotel "hotel rainbow international "near by. it was around 11 30 PM. i was with one year old daughter and my elder mother. i had no other option then to move there. Once we moved to that hotel they have shown me different room. after checking formality they just gave us one room with was full of mosquito and insects. around 1 after begging hotel staff. they gave me another room. it was horrible experience they are doing this with everyone. i feel all the reviews are paid one here. I am going to drag Yatra and this hotel staff for and will fight for refund and co****sation for this trauma.
