Strategic location. Just a walking distance to mall & have 2 food truck area nearby the hotel. Nice view of masjid shah alam 👍 breakfast is ok. Parking is free for in-house guest but the ramp quite narrow. Overall good.

We had a nice stay in the hotel, but i think they need to have more people at the receptionist/check in counter as the que is quite long during peak hours. Breakfast was good but too crowded during peak hours. Overall its a nice stay.

Everything goods.. nice to stay.. view from hotel room very nice.. u can see shah alam mosque from ur room.. so many food shop near area hotel..just walk around 5 minute.. near police station, near rosyam mart.. everything near from concorde hotel🥰🥰....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At first we have requested high floor and been told by the counter that there’s no high floor option available anymore. So we’re ok to go with the lower one. After that we realise the room on the lower floor is SO DIRTY. Cockroach EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM even on the bed! This is really unacceptable! So we went back to the counter for changing room. They agree to change room for us and is exactly the same room with higher floor. I don’t understand why they want to cheat that high floor is not available anymore. The front desk not even feel sorry to us. No apologies and compensation at all. Definitely won’t come back to this hotel again.

The view from the 12th floor overlooking the mosque is quite exciting, the accommodation in the center of Shah Alam is comfortable and clean. Plenty of multi-level parking spaces complete with electric vehicle charging facilities. The food and drinks served are also delicious and appetizing

Nice view facing the mosques. Amenities are a bit old but still acceptable. The toilet has a shower curtain but still tends to flood. Initially, we were given a floor designated for smokers, but fortunately, they were able to change it.

Check in was smooth and great by Mr Harris. I contacted helpdesk for assistance to safe box matter. Safe box has no power and technician came to rectify. With some help, safe box has power. However after a few attempts, the reset was activated at every new pin entry and the rod never move. Other than this mishap, the call for in-room dining makes up the good deal with first order of Caeser Salad and Soup, followed by another order for western salmon. Both were served by the same person. The window view of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah mosque was in respect and magnitude of our stay. We gave the in-room dining 5 stars rating. We give the safe box a 3 out of 5 stars.

I have asked the front office staff for a bottle of water during check-out but had to give up to head out to the pickup point to wait for my transport. The staff actually bring the water outside to me. The toilet is a bit choked - I have to flush 3 to 4 times to flush away the toilet paper completely. The front desk staff wasn’t familiar with the amenities around the neighbourhood. Only aware of the shopping mall across the street. We ordered 2 plates of medium rare steak and both were medium well / well done. The Arabian restaurant is outstanding- best mutton and flavourful rice. Had it for 3 days in a roll.
