When you arrived at the hotel, there was a problem with my booking: it seemed to have been cancelled by Booking. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean and the hotel was very clean and very clean. The large and well-sonic suite, with a huge bed, a water massage bath and a super spacious shower and even a coffee machine. Buffalo breakfast is abundant with both sweet and salt pieces, coffee maker and different cappuccino. At the latest floor, bar on board pool with a beautiful view of the city.

Our room was big with a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. Service was friendly and warm- Imed on reception could not have been more helpful - he spoke good English which was a big asset as our Arabic and French is minimal! He is a really lovely man! The restaurant offers a good choice from simple pizzas to the full fish platter which we thought was terrific value and delicious. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as you can walk to the port and around town, the Medina and the souk. Louage station a short taxi ride away

Very Distinguished and Elegant Hotel Overall this hotel is the epitome of elegence and style and undoubtedly 5 star. The staff were kind considerate, helpful and lovely, the sumptuous surroundings were beautiful. The lobby area and bar and dining room are stunning to look at with elegant paintings and furnishings. Plenty of space everywhere with lovely lounge areas on all floors. The pool area was also impressive immaculately clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Only minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The cigarette burns on both the common area carpets and bedroom carpets were unsightly. Suggest a no smoking policy or please repair these. 2. A sitting out area or sun terrace would be very nice. Could a portion of the hotel be reconfigured to allow sunseekers to enjoy the sun. 3. The bedrooms whilst beautiful were a little busy with furnishings. Maybe some items not needed. Thank you....we have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

We have found this hotel in the last minute on site. We were very surprised by the very pleasant room. There is no closure between the bathroom and the just glass doors for the shower and toilets. The staff is very sympathetic, the security before the hotel has always found us a place to park, otherwise we leave the car keys they put on to the reception. The breakfast varied on the last floor with views on Sfax and the neighborhood and a distance from the sea. You can walk to Medina for 20 minutes to reach Bab ejibli.

When you arrived at the hotel, there was a problem with my booking: it seemed to have been cancelled by Booking. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean and the hotel was very clean and very clean. The large and well-sonic suite, with a huge bed, a water massage bath and a super spacious shower and even a coffee machine. Buffalo breakfast is abundant with both sweet and salt pieces, coffee maker and different cappuccino. At the latest floor, bar on board pool with a beautiful view of the city.

We have found this hotel in the last minute on site. We were very surprised by the very pleasant room. There is no closure between the bathroom and the just glass doors for the shower and toilets. The staff is very sympathetic, the security before the hotel has always found us a place to park, otherwise we leave the car keys they put on to the reception. The breakfast varied on the last floor with views on Sfax and the neighborhood and a distance from the sea. You can walk to Medina for 20 minutes to reach Bab ejibli.

Very Distinguished and Elegant Hotel Overall this hotel is the epitome of elegence and style and undoubtedly 5 star. The staff were kind considerate, helpful and lovely, the sumptuous surroundings were beautiful. The lobby area and bar and dining room are stunning to look at with elegant paintings and furnishings. Plenty of space everywhere with lovely lounge areas on all floors. The pool area was also impressive immaculately clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Only minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The cigarette burns on both the common area carpets and bedroom carpets were unsightly. Suggest a no smoking policy or please repair these. 2. A sitting out area or sun terrace would be very nice. Could a portion of the hotel be reconfigured to allow sunseekers to enjoy the sun. 3. The bedrooms whilst beautiful were a little busy with furnishings. Maybe some items not needed. Thank you....we have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

I am not staying at this hotel, Went for lunch at the restaurant on the rooftop, very nice view. The service was excellent , the food also excellent and served in a very good time. No alcohol served in this hotel. We will e back and I recommend it for the food

The hotel is old -fashioned in the best sense - it is clean and comfortable and yet retains traditional values of service and atmosphere. Our room was big with a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. Service was friendly and warm- Imed on reception could not have been more helpful - he spoke good English which was a big asset as our Arabic and French is minimal! He is a really lovely man! The restaurant offers a good choice from simple pizzas to the full fish platter which we thought was terrific value and delicious. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as you can walk to the port and around town, the Medina and the souk. Louage station a short taxi ride away
