Organization: The staff don't communicate the same information to each other. In the morning, the cleaning staff wakes us up to clean the room. Isn't there another way to find out if we're in the room? Furthermore, I don't know what they actually do (coffee stain on the desk present when we arrived and left, dusty ventilation, etc.) Unheated pool, for a 4⭐️… In conclusion, a stay unsuitable for a 4-star hotel.

While the hotel is a bit out of town, it's still convenient, just a few minutes' drive away, and parking is affordable. The room and parking lot are both spacious. There's a Carrefour next to the hotel, making it convenient for shopping.
