I had wanted to stay here ever since I first discovered the amazing rooftop bar. The room itself was cosy and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, and the linens were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed during our stay due to bad weather earlier in the week, which was disappointing, but overall it was still a lovely experience.

Wow factor is there with their service! Great rooftop bar at night. Rooms and location simply amazing. Good breakfast too

A gem in Seville. I enjoyed everything in this hotel during my stay. The rooftop pool is small but it is a nice place to chill out after a busy day visiting the Cathedral and Palace (all nearby). The staff were most helpful and friendly. Very professional and caring! Love this hotel.

The hotel's facilities were mostly excellent, and the decor was exactly my style. The housekeeper and most of the staff were very helpful in resolving issues. However, perhaps due to the large number of Marriott hotels, Gold members couldn't delay check-out until 2 PM (maybe everyone staying there is a Gold member 😂). The room safe was broken; the maintenance staff tried their best to fix it, but couldn't get it fixed or replace it, and it'll probably still be broken when I leave Spain 😮💨. I strongly suggest Marriott provide more staff for its hotels. During the 11 AM check-out peak, there was only one front desk staff member who had to answer phones, resolve issues, process check-outs, and store luggage. How could they possibly manage? Even if guests wanted to store their luggage themselves, there was no way to do so 😮💨😮💨😮💨 This really affected the experience 🥲, especially when you're in a rush 🥲 Marriott, these capitalists, are really too stingy 😒😒😒 This also negatively impacts the overall service experience of a hotel 😮💨

This was the most praiseworthy hotel of my entire trip to Spain. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within easy walking distance of all major attractions, and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The hotel service is warm and attentive; you'll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with the suites being particularly recommended. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop pool bar offers the best view of the cathedral at sunset.

During my trip to Seville, I was so satisfied with the Kerencia Autograph Hotel. The location, facilities, and friendliness were all perfect. It was so great that I would want to visit again!!

The hotel is right next to the Town Hall Square, and it's only a 1-2 minute walk to the cathedral and the light rail station, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and the room has a small living room, which is very good.

Stayed for 6 nights, during which time it rained a lot (Valencia was flooded at the same time), so I spent more time indoors. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately there was no other choice when booking, and the room I stayed in felt a little small. The hotel's rooftop is great 🙃. If the weather is good, order a glass of wine and wait for the sunset to take time-lapse photography. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety of food, but the waiter is not very efficient. It is normal to forget coffee and order if there are many people, so remember to urge them yourself. Seville is a city worth visiting again. The only inconvenient thing about the hotel is that it is difficult for out-of-town drivers to find the door, because the alley where the hotel gate is located is a one-way street, which is a bit inconvenient.

The location is excellent and close to all attractions. The breakfast is very delicious, especially the local breakfast (need to be ordered separately, free of charge). The staff is enthusiastic. Very satisfied

The toilet smelled very bad.

The service staff from the front desk to the breakfast were just right and enthusiastic. When I left, the price of Uber tripled, so the front desk helped me call a taxi. The location is a five-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. There is a tram directly to Plaza España. It is quiet in the bustling city. I will stay here again next time I come.

The room was smaller than the photo and advertised area, and the sink was inconveniently located.
