Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. The two nights we spent here were pure torture, especially due to the incredibly arrogant 'service'! Firstly, the hygiene was appalling. We specifically booked a deluxe room for a more comfortable stay, but as soon as we entered, there was a terrible sewer smell. Since the bathroom was inside the bedroom, the smell in the bedroom was unbearable. Because the hotel was fully booked and it was late, the front desk found us a standard room to sleep in for one night, saying they'd fix the sewer the next day and then figure out a solution. We also requested a refund for the price difference, but the front desk attendant said we should sleep first and discuss it the next day. What was most outrageous happened on the second day. Another front desk staff member and someone who appeared to be a manager completely refused to cooperate or communicate. They firmly demanded that we either move back to our original room before 12 PM or stay in the standard room. If we chose to stay in the standard room, they wouldn't refund the price difference, claiming they had provided us with a deluxe room and we were the ones who refused it! On the morning of the second day, they did send someone to fix the sewer in our original room. However, due to the cleaning staff's overwhelming perfume smell, we couldn't tell if it was fixed, so we temporarily moved back to the deluxe room. But when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, the foul smell was still overpowering! We requested another room change again, but were refused because, according to them, we had already been moved once. Ctrip assisted with communication throughout, but they never responded. It was absolutely terrible to the extreme!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! First off, if you're paying hostel prices for this 'hotel,' then I suppose it's alright. But if you're paying 4-star hotel prices, then this place is definitely a rip-off! Proper hotels or hostels in Europe usually have ratings displayed at the entrance, but this place has nothing. That means it's an unlicensed establishment. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and the elevator only worked on the first day. For the remaining three days, it was out of order. Every day there was a notice saying it would be back in service 'tomorrow,' but that 'tomorrow' never came! Most of the guests here are Chinese, probably about 60% (from my observations over four days). There are tons of low-rated reviews on Google, which I've also included in the pictures for everyone to judge for themselves! (This is after who knows how many Google reviews the owner has deleted!) The amenities are also typical hostel quality. And yet, I paid 1600+ RMB per night, totaling 5000 RMB! I definitely booked this place because of misleading photos! I blame myself for not doing more research and checking Google reviews! I hope this serves as a warning to everyone! When traveling, fellow travelers should help each other. We all work hard for our money, so let's not let unscrupulous businesses think we're naive and rich! **Facilities:** Barely hostel level, nothing more! **Cleanliness:** The shower room isn't sealed well. While open-plan bathrooms look nice, they require excellent ventilation, odor removal, and shower sealing. If they can't achieve that, they shouldn't be open-plan. **Environment:** The location is convenient, and my room on the 5th floor did offer good privacy. However, when the elevator is broken, you have to carry your luggage yourself! Think about the price again! 5000+ RMB and carrying your own luggage! **Service:** The front desk staff are indeed friendly, but aren't hostel front desks friendly too?!

The service was mediocre. One of the receptionists wasn't particularly friendly towards Chinese guests. First, my key card didn't work, causing a bit of a hassle. Then, the room had a leak, and as you can see from the pictures, the room's cleanliness wasn't great. After all that, I really couldn't be bothered to ask for another room.

Prices in Seville in mid-to-late April are really high. I noticed a price drop a few days before my trip, so I quickly canceled my previous booking and reserved this hotel instead. The hotel's location is good, but the entrance is very discreet, so you might miss it if you're not paying attention. The lobby and rooms smell lovely, though the room lighting was a bit dim and the bathroom was on the small side. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions, and there are several supermarkets nearby. I would still recommend it.

The hotel is located in the Old Town, which was great for watching the Holy Week processions, but it could get a bit noisy, so closing the windows was a must. The front desk staff provided excellent and warm service, which was a big plus. It's a pretty economical and good value-for-money option. However, transportation can be a bit inconvenient, especially with large luggage, as the streets aren't very easy to navigate and public buses don't reach the area. During Holy Week, the roads were even closed, making it tricky to get back to the hotel at night. On the bright side, it's close to many restaurants and attractions. Getting to Plaza de España by car or on foot takes about 20-30 minutes.

The hotel was hard to find, even locals didn't know where it was. Navigation in the old town was inaccurate, so I recommend taking a taxi. The room was incredibly small, and the bathroom was tiny, which was really inconvenient. I booked a double room, and my friend booked a single room; mine was more expensive but had no difference in size, which was a real rip-off.
