We are originally from Sevierville. We went back for a funeral, and didn’t want to spend the typical tourist driven rates for hotels. We knew where this location was, and it was in a general area that was centralized for where we had to go. I should have paid triple to have stayed somewhere else. The person who checked us in was rude and had the personality of a fish. Totally unfriendly, and totally unconcerned about anything. When we got into the room, it could be described in one word. NASTY. There was mildew and what appeared to be mold throughout the room. The floors were dirty. The tub had soap scum buildup on it, and it was just a total disaster. The cleanest thing were the beds. And that wasn’t saying much. There were red hairs on the top sheets, and they looked as if they were had been used so many times they needed to be totally replaced and trashed. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere decent. Cause this place isn’t it.
