Comfort Suites Kodak Sevierville

This was hands down one of the best Choice Hotels we've stayed at and we've stayed in a LOT of these hotels in the last 8 years. The rooms were clean, beds nice and comfortable, pillows just the right softness/hardness, plenty of towels, wash clothes and the complimentary soap actually smelled NICE! But the very BEST part of this stay was dealing with the front end desk auditors. Each and every one of them were friendly, thoughtful, kind, understanding, very polite and competent. They actually cared about each and every guest and went over and beyond. The atmosphere here was relaxing and fun; the outdoor seating area is perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The breakfast was beyond what you'd normally expect; they have a mother and daughter running the kitchen and there wasn't a single thing we didn't like, from the waffles to the coffee, how clean everything was at ALL times, even during the rush hours - we can't say enough about how wonderful they did and how great the food was. Thank you Vicky, Donna, Diane, Dale and I'm sure I'm missing someone - but thank you to everyone working there; you made our first family vacation in years something fun and special, so much so that we bailed out on Washington D.C. to come back to you for the remaining days and we will certainly come back each time we go to the Smokey's. We've already told several family and friends to stay there and we can't wait to see y'all again!
Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

This hotel looks a little worn. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It had a television, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There were complimentary toiletries and the towels were well stocked. There was no noise at all. I slept well and felt safe. The door had double locks. The air conditioning worked well. Check in was fast and easy and the gentleman working was very friendly. The indoor pool was large and very clean. There was also a fitness room that seemed well equipped. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, pastries, and boiled eggs. Not a huge variety but I got full and it was free. The vending machines have a good variety and were well stocked. I was surprised that there is no hair dryer in the room. I had to run to the store to buy one. I stayed here on a work trip. I would definitely stay here again. Overall I was very satisfied. The room is extremely no frills with an older feel to it, but I was not there to stay in the room. I was provided a very clean and safe place to sleep, I was treated well, and spoiled a little with a clean, warm indoor pool and free waffles for breakfast. I rested well in a comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. I am a happy customer!
The Resort at Governor's Crossing

We have stayed at The Resort at Governor's Crossing several times as a whole family, a whole family (and then some), and for just girls trips (mom, teen and toddler). We have stayed in the King suite with sofa bed and the 1 bedroom condo (with king bed, 2 XL bunks and a sofa bed) and all have been up to my expectations. I love having a washer, dryer and kitchen AND being so centrally located to everything. We have only stayed in the 'off' season when the outside pool area was closed (due to value) but the other outdoor activities are great and my kids love the indoor pool area and that's what matters. The value for those times has always been great (we booked for March next year and got a room for $250 for 3 nights for a family of 5) for us so I cannot complain too much HOWEVER, the kids splash area is ALWAYS freezing cold AND I have sensory kids so having to wear the wristband the ENTIRE trip (even away from the hotel) is less than ideal. I wish they would move to the fabric ones like Wilderness has instead of the hospital wristbands they do have. They would be much more tolerable for my sensory kids for sure (we also stay at wilderness and being able to remove the bands when they are in the room or away from the hotel is a huge plus for us).

We were pleasantly surprised as to the location of your hotel. The view was breathtaking! Our room was very comfortable. The recliner was in a declining condition but it served a purpose as my husband has to sleep in a recliner. The pool was very inviting and the fireworks on our last night there were so exciting.
