"I just passed by and decided to live overnight, without too much consideration for other factors. It is very close to the highway and convenient on the road. There is a restaurant next to it, typical American food, a Mexican restaurant on the same side of the hotel, and a fast food restaurant across the road. The hotel breakfast is good, can provide hot breakfast. General hygiene, travel outside, can't be too forceful."

There is a great outdoor city park with kids slides and playground and a local splash pad, a famous food joint "Bullies", and Green Valley Gas station, which also serves yummy food for breakfast and lunch. The city pond is great for family fishing, just a mile up the road.
Richfield City Mountain Bike Trails, Fremont Indian State Park, Big Rock Candy Mountain, rent an ATV and ride wherever Fish Lake is 45 minutes away, Mystic Hot Springs, if it's a clear night. I know they got mixed reviews, but they have cool claw foot tubs on the hill that you can soak in and see the Milky Way. If it's not clear, don't spend the money and go to Red Hills Hot Springs. There might be a random 80's band or talented family-oriented musician at the Sevier Valley Center, or community theater at the high school. The only bar is Bar 86 in Richfield, they have decent food, pool tables, and karaoke. Jorgensen's is fun for bowling and also has an arcade. Cove View Golf Course has spectacular views and is fun to play. There are several decent restaurants including Frontier Village, Steve's Steakhouse, and Sagebrush Grill al also in Richfield 15 min away. It's a small town in rural Utah, and everything that implies.

This amazing 1920s cottage has been completely redone. New landscaping and a huge patio make the outdoor space beautiful. This cottage is in a fantastic location, close to ATV trails, mountain biking, paved bike path and fishing. It is easy to get to and from I-70. It is a perfect location for a family vacation to Richfield and Sevier County. It is a family friendly and pet friendly home.
The Space: The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large patio area with a grill and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. If it is in the home, it is for your use. We have tried to include everything we expect and enjoy in a vacation home.
Bedrooms- Extra blankets and pillows are in each dresser. Hangers are available in the closets. A pack n play is stored in the middle bedroom closet. Kitchen- There is everything you will need to prepare family meals. You will find a slow cooker, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils and serving ware for 6 people. In the cupboard you will find basic cooking herbs and spices, oil, flour and sugar. A starter amount of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided.
Laundry Room- A washer and dryer are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are on the shelf. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room also.
TV room- The TV room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, basic cable, wifi, books and games.
Outside- There is a large patio with a grill for your cookouts in the evening. There is a large gravel parking area. There is a fire pit area.
Security camera disclosure- There is a motion activated camera on the front and back door areas for your peace of mind and ours. We aren’t concerned about our guests. We have always had great guests stay at our rentals. It’s a guest house in a rural location that is often vacant.
General location- This cottage is truly in rural Utah. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. There are no street lights and it is pretty quiet here at night and dark. We hope everyone that chooses to stay here is seeking a quiet time away from city noise and crowds. All services, shopping, and larger civilization can be found in Richfield, about 10 miles away. If you are coming to the area for hiking, fishing, geocaching, ATV riding, and other outdoor activities, you will find this cottage is the perfect location. General location- This cottage is truly in rural Utah. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. There are no street lights and it is pretty quiet here at night and dark. We hope everyone that chooses to stay here is seeking a quiet time away from city noise and crowds. All services, shopping, and larger civilization can be found in Richfield, about 10 miles away. If you are coming to the area for hiking, fishing, geocaching, ATV riding, and other outdoor activities, you will find this cottage is the perfect location. 2100 sq. ft. Rambler style home with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. On the first floor there is one King Suite with a private bathroom and deck just outside the door leading to the back yard. Downstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms consisting of one room with two queen beds, one bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with one queen bed and a 45 inch smart TV. There is also a full bathroom and a laundry room in the basement. This home is right on the Paiute trail so you can leave right from the house on your ATV and you have an awesome day traveling all the trails Monroe and Marysville have to offer. The view of the farm lands and mountains is breathtaking. This home is situate on a corner lot with a large back yard with lush green grass, a shed, and a large carport big enough for four cars and space to sit and relax in the country air. There is ample parking for ATV's or additional vehicles. Property is on a .61 of an acre.
In the living room there is a nice seating area and a 65 inch TV for your enjoyment. There is a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware including pots/pans, kitchen utensils, can opener, knives, cutting board and coffee mugs (too much to mention). There is a nice kitchen table that seats six people comfortably. You will also find a vacuum, a mop and brooms. Very clean, freshly painted and newly furnished.

Our home has the magical historical feeling of living in the good old days, but with all the upgraded comforts of today! Our home is close to Fish Lake, the Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing.
Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15.
We just finished up our fully renovated 1200 square foot three bedroom home. It boasts all new floorings, paint, cabinets, tile and appliances. Everything is new but the original lumber in the walls. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The third bedroom offer a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Enjoy our comfy furniture and trendy decor while staying in our fun little town. We are in an area that is the cross roads to just about everything. Our home offers card games, board games, wifi, and is just a few houses away from the elementary school playground as well as our recreation center. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils you will need, as well as coffee.
Nightly price is for two guests:) Each guest after two guests, has a $10.00 fee. A pre approved family pet also has a $25.00 per pet fee. We do not allow pets without pre approval. Thank you for being honest about additional guests and pets:) We love pets, but they do require extra cleaning on our part;)
