After making a reservation for a room with a double bed, through this platform, I arrived at the hotel and was received in a room with two single beds.
After a brief conversation with the employee, it was explained to me that this would have been the information passed through the reservation platform. As the hotel did not have double rooms available for the night in question, I ended up spending the night in this same room. I feel a lack of confidence in booking again through this medium, as it was the first time that this has happened to me as well as my first experience through this platform.

I am a teacher of a group of students, our stay has been 4 nights and to tell the truth the expectations were not very good due to the bad opinions of the place. But the truth is that both the hotel staff and the facilities and buffet have left us satisfied; Yes, it is true that it is not a hotel located in a leisure area, but we had the basic and necessary to spend the night. The only thing that would improve is the variety in the dinner buffet, although the quality was good, and the staff was always aware of the children's food intolerances (also with a vegan option).

I contacted the establishment in order to make a reservation. I was immediately informed that there were rooms available for the dates I wanted, and what the rates would be. When I asked to make the reservation and use the voucher I purchased through Lifecooler for this hotel, they went back and informed me, after a few hours, that it would not be possible to accept my reservation. If you are not available to accept vouchers, please remove yourself from these types of platforms! Especially ridiculous taking into account that the amount I paid for the voucher is higher than the reservation fee for the days I wanted. Ridiculous.

The room doesn't even have a fridge. The playground area is very neglected, almost everything broken. The pool is clean and good. Cafeteria prices are reasonable. The Internet had correct reception but it was cut a lot. You can park if problem. To go to the center and beaches you must go by car, it is far from the center but there are supermarkets and a shopping center very close

Service at reception very good. The room was very musty, very humid and the carpet smelled bad. Regarding cleanliness, it was not good, they did not clean the room every day. I did not take any photos while staying at this hotel.

Unfortunately the Hotel left a lot to be desired. The window could barely close and was rusty.
The television remote did not work.
But the most serious thing was having paid for a room with a double bed and then finding out that they had put two single beds next to each other.
And the air conditioning didn't work.

The hotel surprised us in the negative.
The room had a strong smell of bleach and cigarettes.
As the window opens onto a common part of the hotel, we couldn't sleep with the windows open… making the odor issue worse.
