The apartments are truly run-down and the living area is very dirty, with damaged furniture, everything poorly and cheaply put together! Even the elevator ride was a real nuisance, and there were laundry containers permanently parked in the dark, narrow hallway! Not very inviting, even though it's close to the beach and the complex looks very friendly from the outside!
