The hotel's location is quite convenient, and while the room is small, it's very clean and minimalist. The only downside was that the bedding had a smell similar to foot odor. It didn't look like anyone had slept in it, so I'm not sure what happened. However, after contacting the staff, they immediately changed it for new bedding, so the overall experience was still good.

Excellent hotel in terms of value for money. The room could have been improved in some aspects (skirting board coming off the wall, unstable shower head, faucet with somewhat extreme pressure), but the bed was super comfortable and the overall structure was great. Breakfast was abundant and always well-stocked by the excellent waitstaff. The receptionists were always very helpful.

Our first night was in the basement, which wasn't a great experience. Luckily, we were able to switch to a room on the fourth floor, which was much better. The location is quite convenient with a supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants.

I stayed at IH Hotels Milano St. John (check-in 3rd Oct). Trip.com charged me £50 more than the hotel’s actual rate, even as a Platinum member. The room was dirty, smelly, with no room service, and the photos on Trip.com were misleading. In reality, it felt like a 1-star hostel, not a hotel. The biggest issue was the terrible smell from the dirty carpets. Overall, it was a very bad experience

Loved the room and the hotel, it was my first hotel stay ever and i was really happy about it 😄

Decent hotel, clean and easy transportation into Milan

The room is well equipped and the breakfast is good. The location is between two metro stations, so it’s a bit far for walking.

Near metro station, only 6 mins walk. Feel safe although at 9pm night. Great breakfast buffet! Great staff, let us early check in.
