Very very near to servalle outlet. Beautiful place to stay. Wake up and seeing nice villa with green grassland next to a golf course.
Room and toilet are big, cozy and clean. Staff are very helpful. Easy self parking at the Carpark next to villa.
The only thing I need to say is the cappuccino at their restaurant in the evening which I believe they made it wrong and should have it returned. Anyway their tasting menu is good and worth to try.

Loved every minute of staying in this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were welcoming, friendly and made sure our stay was perfect, this is what made the hotel special for us. The hotel is in a quiet location and sleeping was not an issue. We’ll definitely come back at some point and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Italy.

No no no for this place. Only the receptionists were so kind. I’m so sorry for the Hotel Managing Director - a very unpolite person. We stayed for a week end and also for a wine event, but no one controlled our green pass. No advice for this place.

Amazing experience at this romantic vintage style hotel. Original high quality finish, marmer bathroom, gold plated faucets. This is how the past rich lived! Service is great throughout, starting with a warm welcome from the two ladies at the reception. Got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was great considering we did a last minute reservation after shopping at the huge outlet just 5 minute drive away. The hotel includes a restaurant for dinner, great chef and beautiful plating etc. Again,m, with perfect service special thanks to Waldo. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the valley and their own wineyard (i recommend their sparkling wine). Superclean room as well with lots of amenities. I will come back for sure.

Ideally placed between Genoa and Milan. Prestige stopover in the heart of a vineyard and a golf course. Luxurious and well equipped room. Very clean with a great view. Very high quality catering and high level wine offering.

At 23:00, the water stopped flowing, it was impossible to wash or go to the toilet.
At the reception they said that they called a technician, the water went only after 2 hours. At that moment, I tried to sleep, but the soundproofing was at such a low level, there were some kind of knocks, someone constantly moved something and dropped it, I complained to the reception, they said that it was from the restaurant.
I started reading other reviews and the water problem has already happened several times, they are aware of it, but they never fixed it properly.
Also, the shower in the bathroom is covered in water stone, it is not possible for them to wash, it just barely splashes out of a couple of holes. I don’t understand what the problem is to buy a stone remover that costs a couple of euros.
At the same time, we all took the most expensive and largest room - Suite.
The staff is very polite, but how else the worse the hotel the more polite the staff.
For two simple leaf salads, tomato and avocado, we were charged 50 euros.
If you like to take a shower and silence then this hotel is not for you.

Beautiful site in the middle of vineyards and a golf course. Beautiful building with lots of character. Large bedroom with entrance and large bathroom. Excellent dinner on the terrace facing the park. Romantic place
