This hotel was extremely well organised both before we arrived and while we were there. The choice of restaurants is excellent and the all inclusive package is very good.

Exceptional service and food. We opted for all-in which is their all inclusive package. We were not disappointed. We were met at the airport and the minute we arrived at the hotel we felt thoroughly spoilt. There are numerous pools and two pools have food ‘trucks’ that the children loved. The room and hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel has an app you can use to book restaurants ( they are all amazing) or any other service. We will definitely return!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in April. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We were never passed without being greeted. We have stayed in many all inclusive resorts over the world, however the food and drinks at this hotel were the best that we have had. I read a few reviews of housekeeping not being up to standard, however this must have been taken on board by management as housekeeping called to our room 3x a day to clean/ provide fresh towels and to make/turn down the bed. The room was lovely with a beautiful sea view. There were 3 gorgeous pools that we were at, 2 of which have trucks which provide food and drink directly to your sun lounger (which there were plenty of!) We experienced a medical issue one night at approx 10.30pm. Reception helped straight away and arranged for a Doctor to come to our room. Thankfully we had booked via the hotel website directly and therefore were eligible to free medical insurance! The only downsides for us were - 1. Lack of entertainment at nighttime. There was no entertainment throughout our trip, so after dinner we had no other option but to go back to our room. This was quite disappointing. 2. I had paid €155 for a spa ritual (the massage itself was amazing) however the room was cold and there was no music. It was a very quiet 80 minutes in silence which made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn’t relax as I felt awkward. 3. The hotel could benefit from a few pool tables/ billiards room to provide guests with something to do 4. There are designated smoking areas which I suppose is a good thing for those who don’t smoke, but if you do, just be aware. We had to go down to the ground floor for a cigarette if we were at the pool. Also there is no local shops nearby that we could find that sold cigarettes. We had to get a taxi to the nearby town to purchase these, and even then, there was one restaurant with a vending machine for these. Other than the above, we had a fantastic trip and would 100% book to stay again, perhaps in a busier time of year.

I am bringing a large group here in June and this was my first visit to the hotel in operation (I last visited in November when it was closed). The situation of the hotel is lovely and the staff were super helpful and polite. I was very impressed. The food we tasted for all our chosen menus was delicious. A few minor things which I hope may be of use to note: 1. Why in such a beautiful hotel have so many plastic plants? Plastic is no longer a good thing (people don't want plastic everywhere) and despite the fact that these plants are NOT single use - they just aren't required and I think they do this fine hotel a dis-service by being there. They definately arent required on the dining tables - suggests cheap! 2. Please PLease put the telephone no of Reception on the actual phones in the rooms. I know it's printed on the key card - but if you don't know this or don't have it to hand when you are in the room - like I was - then I actually had to walk back to reception to tell them that my TV wasn't working (which by the way they fixed quickly (thank you) 3. A very minor thing - the showers have a sloping ramp in them (something to do with drainage I assume?). This is a bit odd and made stabding in the shower at first a bit strange. Overall a great hotel, great service and I cant wait to be back with my team and my clients Thank YOU

We had arranged a birthday celebration week to mark our 80th birthdays with our family. 11 reduced to 9 because of illness. It was an outstanding success for a number of reasons. 1. This is an excellent hotel. It is beautifully situated, has superb amenities, outstanding restaurants and a staff who make your visit a real pleasure. 2. The care Pedro the concierge took to meet some special requests was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. The same enthusiasm and commitment were there from the deputy manager,whom we met, to the housekeeping team. 3. This is a big hotel and as we visited in the low season half expected a low season ‘feel’ with a lot of facilities and restaurants closed. Not at all. Although the hotel cannot have been more than a third occupied everything was open and fully serviced. But even if full I suspect guests would not feel crowded. There is space, sun beds etc, pools in abundance. 4. The rooms are excellent. Our family group had junior suite rooms with pools overlooking the golf course and a view of the sea. They were lovely. Quiet, well equipped, excellent big and comfortable beds and balconies with lounger and a big round settee! 5 Camp del mar is an attractive quieter resort. There are no traces of Magaluf style bacchanalia! There are some lovely journeys along the World heritage coast. Demanding driving but well worth it. 6. I seemed to be the only guest with mobility problems. I found the hotel very user friendly and staff supportive but not condescending which is sadly often the case. Access everywhere was excellent. Thank you. All in all a real 5 star experience. I have travelled widely across the world and I can honestly say this was one of the best.

I have just returned from the most luxurious and stunning hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We travelled as a large family group for birthday celebrations and even before we arrived Pedro couldn’t have been more helpful ensuring everything was in place for us. On arrival we had been upgraded to exceptional rooms with private pool, hot tub and sea view. However we barely needed to use these as the adult pool area provided tranquility, luxury and service second to none. The food and drink at all the restaurants was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. However the biggest compliment has to go to every single member of staff at this resort. This hotel could easily have felt ‘too posh’ and we may have felt uncomfortable as this reallly was a one off treat for us but the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. This hotel is pricey but was worth every penny. Anyone who has the privilege of staying at this resprt will not be disappointed! Thank you to every member of the team for making this special occasion extra special.

We stayed for a week in July as a family of 4. Overall we were very impressed and have already booked to return next year. First to get the ******* out of the way - we weren't overly keen on the original room we were allocated (it was directly over the golf course), but the hotel acted quickly and moved us to a room that we were much happier with. We also weren't always hugely impressed with the buffet, but we have been lucky enough to benefit from some truly superb buffets in Dubai over many years so its a very hard act to follow. Outside of that everything else was great. The main swimming pools are huge and its lovely to have a swim up bar (we were all inclusive) whenever we wanted a drink. We walked down to the camp de mar cove every morning and it is absolutely stunning - the water is clear and the kids were thrilled to be able to jump off the rocks into the water. When we got back to the hotel we were never not able to find some sun beds around the pool. We ate in most of the restaurants and the al a carte meals were fantastic with the quality of the food excellent. I used the gym a number of times and that was also well equipped. The hotel is on a fairly big site and there is a bit of walking involved but all the facilities always seemed easily accessible. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely amazing stay. Everything from the welcome from Jamal (the epitome of good customer service) to the stunning views, amazing room and fantastic food - so many choices !! The staff were superb - best ever had in a hotel. We will be back !!
