Check-in and check-out are done via machine, which is quite unique and advanced. There's a staff member nearby to assist, so no worries there. Parking is a bit limited. The soundproofing isn't great, and the room door feels a little insecure, like it could be easily pried open. There is an elevator.

The floor is a bit wet (just like only clean very soon before the traveler checks in). Other is ok. Sound insulation is not good. If somebody talking outside, then the sound can be disturbing the person inside room.

Troublesome check in because the check in counter will ask for RM 50 cash deposit. We are in cashless era and this rule become a problem and inconvenience.

Bed is lope sided and buncy toilet has cockroaches door nob is loose need plenty of fixing to be done

Requested no connected room but they give connected room, person at the other room so loud, snoring so so loud. No common sense at all.
