I recently enjoyed a pleasant 2-day, 1-night stay at the Royale Chulan Seremban Hotel, where comfort and excellent service made the experience truly memorable.

The hotel is a bit old, the gym room just fit for small group of people. The fitness equipments not many. Swimming pool size is ok. Room is big and spacious. The room security need to improve where the lift to room can be access by anyone.

The room is big and the staff is very friendly. The environment is very relax and my family have a enjoy moment at there.

Royal.chulan Seremban is Abit urban style and overall of this hotel is still ok, the main thing of this hotel is the swimming pool which has a slide for kids to play. This hotel also provides a bathtub and quiet comfort for the bed.

We booked to stay over at the very last minute, probably 2 hours before the 1500hrs check in time. We arrived and were able to get our room keys without any delays. We requested for a bell boy to send our luggage’s to the room and the receptionist did not hesitate to help in this matter. The room was good. Bathroom and beds were clean. Aircond was cold, pillows were nice and fluffy, definitely helped in our good night sleep. We tried the in house room dining and it was worth the price. Pool was nice and we enjoyed the slide. Breakfast choices were good for us. There were various food and it was topped up the moment it finished. Checkout process was smooth and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you RCS and we will definitely come back again.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

Room was great for 1 but for the other 2 rooms encountered flooded toilet.

The grand old hotel in Seremban. Good pricing with good views of the late. The pool design is excellent and not your usual practical type.

A nice hotel for short getaway. Fast and easy check in process. Free car park is provided. Room is spacious and clean. Overall good experience.

Booked 3 rooms. My room, shower no hot, got baby lipas 2 ekor. Remote tv not working. We are too lazy to call for maintenance. So we sleep with tv on since the main switch the back of the cabinet. Luckily the volume is slow😂. Kids enjoy the pool very much.

Overall the stay was ok. Room is a bit old, maybe due to room carpet looks old. Bed is comfortable. I book the room for 1 adult and 2 kids with free breakfast but when entry time, they want me to pay RM 25 for another kid. I thought when i key in all details, it should be all included. Breakfast buffet is normal variety. My kids like the swimming pool and on weekend, there is a lot kids in the morning.

Overall quite satisfied with the stay, will definitely come back if visit seremban. Only things need to take note and improve is the bfast choice of food and the taste as it is just average abit below expectations for this hotel. In room dining maybe can add some kids meal and start early for the ordering time at 10.30am or 11am instead of 12pm. Housekeeping should take note on the linen, pillow case / bedsheets got unpleasant smell. All this is small matter can be improve, hope next visit will be great. Kids is enjoying the pool, its great place for family to have fun. Good location, convenient basement car park. Room have 2 bath towel only, no hand, face towel.
