Excellent service from booking confirmation, fast check in, free parking, welcome drink and during check out. Our room was in superb condition, very fancy but room size was just ok. Breakfast selection was limited but the quality was top tier. Swimming pool was top notch. Sky bar wasnt ready yet. It was a pleasent short trip for us. Thanks for the arrangement for my wife birthday. It was a memorable trip and hope to come back again.

Location: Vey strategic location which is near to shopping mall, IOI city mall (by car 5 minutes) and Alamanda Shopping mall (by car 11minutes), near to Putra Mosque (by car 15 minutes) and Botani Park (by car 11 minutes). Cleanliness: A large and very clean comfortable room. Service: hotel staff were so helpful but the only THING I HATE IS THE CHECK OUT TIME WAS 1PM, BUT THE ELECTRIC WAS CUT AT MY ROOM 12.20 WHEN I WAS USING TOILET WHAT IF ACCIDENT HAPPEN. (already inform the staff). Facilities: Outdoor parking is spacious, have 2 food & beverages vending machine but only 1 lift well functioning. Overall ok to me especially for short term stay.

One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in Malaysia. Room Is so spacious, love love love the bed. Its so comfortable and melt my body in each time I lay down. The pillows was amazing! Its connected to Ioi City Mall, the 2nd largest mall in the world! Too many good food spoilt for choices, there’s just so many things to venture in the mall. 4days is not enough! Glad to be here. Toilet is spacious too and loved the bathtub. The shampoo , bodywash n conditioner provided smells awesome! So much good reviews about this place. We will return.

Great location near expressway and IOI City Mall. Room was clean and spacious. The front counter staff is alright :-) The lights in my bathroom wasn't working and the shower bracket was broken. The airconditioning was not cold enough for me but it was alright. Bring ear plugs in case you get the rooms near the expressway :-)
