View isnt great since you cant get view of Seokchon lake. However, service and room condition are great. The room itself was also very spacious and gym is also nice. Worth to visit again! Definitely recommend for family trip.

I had an exceptional stay at Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon, South Korea. The staff's hospitality was remarkable, and the rooms were not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated. I think the location and service are top notch. I stayed on the 97th floor and the view from the room was the best. You can enjoy the night view from the bathroom. However, it is a shame that toothbrushes, shavers, etc. are charged. There is also a Lotte shopping mall in the adjacent building. Very convenient too You'll be able to spend the best time with your loved ones Everything about the front desk response made me want to go again. It was a hotel that made me think

From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an incredibly gorgeous hotel. Everything is beautifully designed from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms have all the necessary amenities to make it your home away from home, including amazing Malin + Goetz toiletries. Do note that they do not provide toothbrushes or razors for sustainability reasons but I do believe you can purchase them. But best of all is the service! I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and the receptionist was kind enough to let me check-in early with no extra charge, which was much appreciated. The location is not too bad too - short walks to the nearest metro line but the weather was kind to me during the trip so definitely take note of this if it's in the frigid winter or blazing summer. Overall, had a great stay and it was truly a regret of mine to have not been able to stay much longer to enjoy the other facilities like the pool and gym. But best believe, I'll be back!

Intercontinental Seoul COEX Conveniently located in COEX mall, tons of food and shopping available here. Booked a king classic room with lounge access to celebrate wedding anniversary. Received complimentary red wine. Room is well maintained but design looks tired and dated. Luckily the club lounge is exceptional. Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to 5pm. Evening canapés from 5.30pm to 8pm. Food quality is good and staffs are friendly. I would strongly recommend to get room with lounge benefits else the dated room design doesn't justify its price tag.
