Location is good as it is very near Samseong Station, Exit 7. Also within 6-8mins walking distance to COEX Mall. Amenities - I have one star only because when we requested for extra pillows, they informed us that there isn’t any extra pillows available. This is the first time I have heard that extra pillows were not available. Pillows were also very soft and I had to fold in half in order to have some support. Cleanliness - 3 stars as the floor near the side table was rather dusty. As the floor is not carpeted, we could see the dust near the side tables.

I am using it well. It's clean and has separate shower booths so I can use it comfortably. However, I am a bit sensitive to noise, so I hear the subway passing by. The hallway was not soundproofed well so it was a bit uncomfortable. I think it would be a good reference for those who are sensitive to noise.

Even though it was the day before my check-in date, they kept my suitcase with me, which was really helpful. However, I contacted them in advance via their website and trip.com to see if it was possible to leave my suitcase there, and on the day I called them about 3 times, but I never received a reply. I was a little worried about not being able to contact them (I was able to take my suitcase directly to them on the day and have them leave it for me). Overall, the rooms were simple, clean, and spacious enough, and the front desk staff were generally kind. It is unclear whether Japanese can be understood because the conversation was in English. Although it is a little far from Gangnam Station, it is fun to walk as there are many cafes and restaurants along the way, such as Olive Young and Daiso. It was also about a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There was a restaurant called Chamsolleongtang in front of us across the crosswalk from the hotel that was very delicious. I entered by myself. There is no coin laundry. If I have a chance, I would like to stay here again.

Happy with my stay here. Helpful employees and clean room. Had everything we needed. Can recommend also with the 4 metro lines coming together at the closest station.
