If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

One of the best hotels I’ve experienced. Hotel is impeccable but the staff and support is even better. Concierge team waits by the elevator to help guests as soon as they step out of the lift. They usually walk with you through the lobby and book taxis and answer all your questions throughly. The breakfast is the also the best we’ve ever seen. Amazing property with spectacular views and top notch service

First of all, the room they assigned to me as a “city view” was nothing more than a tiny, prison-like window just a few inches long looking out some old building. These rooms are not even shown on their website, and I felt deceived by their advertising. While the room was clean, it was extremely stuffy. To make matters worse, the hotel stops operating the air conditioning from November onward, regardless of the outside temperature. This means that even if the weather is unseasonably warm, guests are left to suffer in discomfort. I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I care about.

Customer services are impeccable. I didn’t get to experience the bars or the restaurants, so not much to tell there. The hotel has great view even if not facing towards the coex mall. Overall the room is comfy. Minus point is that when checking in I had to deposit but after check out after 14 days my refund hasn’t been shown in my statement. I hope the staffs are more aware of the process to be able to assure the clients.

The hotel is right off Samsung subway station exit #7. It is right across from Starfield Coex Mall. The room was bit small, but super clean. They also have very friendly staffs. We will definitely go back to the hotel for the next visit!

Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

1. Location was not as near to the subway as expected (it’s slightly ＞10min walk so it’s highly not recommended in winter), better to use the bus (5min). 2. Cleanliness was alright at first. But subsequently, I think the cleaning lady got lazy and the daily servicing worsened day by day. (So I’m glad I only booked 3 nights here). Also, bits of small plastic food packaging/flyers (apologies but only have a blurry pic below) left by the previous guests under the bed were not thoroughly cleaned so the carpet area is kind of dirtier than you would expect. 3. Airport bus was also further than I expected. The bus stop name mentioned its hotel name so I thought it would literally be right outside but nope, it was across the road and we had to drag our heavy luggage across the long zebra crossing (with patches of uneven road)… 4. Perhaps one commendable thing would be their staff at L1 reception, really helpful and there’s also a luggage weighing machine (in case you overbuy and need to check like me)

The hotel is modern, super clean, well-run, and quiet. The rooms have stylish decor with many modern touches and amenities. It was nice to have a window that actually opened and my ”garden” view was lovely. I had a tranquil time with no odd interruptions from housekeeping, etc. The signage and guides for things like TV and neighborhood were cleverly done. While I appreciated the room safe, I felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. There is greeter/staff person on the ground floor level, acknowledging every guest. I never say this post being ”ghosted” in my 4 nights there. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked like a nice option, if you will eat a buffet! The subway was close by, as well as a small grocery, ”Everyday Mart” which I was actually able to find on Google Maps. There is no pool here. I don't think this is a ”supreme” fun hotel for kids, as there is nothing special for them, but it was still good and relaxing. ( no kids with me on this trip). There are coffee shops and Olive Young, 7-11 in the basement. Very convenient. One thing to note- if you are doing medical procedures in Seoul, you have to leave your ice packs at the front desk ( and go down and get them). Staff is very responsive, discreet, and quick to help you with the packs, regardless. That is a pretty big inconvenience, which is why I stayed elsewhere, but moved to this hotel shortly after I stopped needed an icepak all the time. The hotel will glady microwave your food, if needed. Would be nice to just have a communal microwave somewhere!

Super great location, walk 3 mins to the metro station that well connected to many locations. There are line 2 & 9, super convenient. The hotel room is simple, sufficient, clean and comfortable. There are so many great food options and olive youngs nearby. Will revisit if come back to seoul.

The hardware of the hotel is top notch. It is new with great facilities. The view over the city was breathtaking. The restaurants, especially the buffet restaurant and Eatanic Garden were amazing.
