The room is really nice. It's new, clean and well-decorated. It's the style I like. It's like living in my own home. It has all the kitchenware, washing machine and oven. What's even more considerate is that there's also laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Now the floor heating has started and there's plenty of hot water. There are G25 and 7eleven downstairs, both of which are open 24 hours a day. It was a bit troublesome when I checked in. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped me solve it in time. I also want to make a small suggestion. There are too many mosquitoes when I open the window. I hope you can install a window screen and have it every day. Cleaning the room is really great. I will recommend it to my friends if they want to come to Korea in the future.

Even though it was the day before my check-in date, they kept my suitcase with me, which was really helpful. However, I contacted them in advance via their website and trip.com to see if it was possible to leave my suitcase there, and on the day I called them about 3 times, but I never received a reply. I was a little worried about not being able to contact them (I was able to take my suitcase directly to them on the day and have them leave it for me). Overall, the rooms were simple, clean, and spacious enough, and the front desk staff were generally kind. It is unclear whether Japanese can be understood because the conversation was in English. Although it is a little far from Gangnam Station, it is fun to walk as there are many cafes and restaurants along the way, such as Olive Young and Daiso. It was also about a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There was a restaurant called Chamsolleongtang in front of us across the crosswalk from the hotel that was very delicious. I entered by myself. There is no coin laundry. If I have a chance, I would like to stay here again.

The location is good, the service is good, it's clean, and there's not much to be found in the room. However, it was really hard because it was so hot. Even with the air conditioner on, it was hard because it was so hot because it was on the top floor. I think I'll avoid it in the hot summer.

It's a short walk from Kyōdai Station. You can walk to Gangnam Station, but it was a little far away. There was a bus stop for Incheon Airport near the hotel, but when I looked at the timetable, there didn't seem to be any evening or early morning buses. The room was large and I could see the Korean cityscape from the window. It was very beautiful at night. There is also a kitchen, so it might be good for long-term stays! The room was hot and warm with floor heating, but the shower temperature was unstable and the water was lukewarm, almost like cold water, so it might be hot in the middle of winter... Felt very nice to stay in the summer!

Not bad at all, location good for Gangnam district, staff is nice helping to call taxis promptly as well, the room is comfortable not so spacious but clean and quiet, the bed is nice and linens also. Bathroom is nice and the shower is spacious. The breakfast could be improved with more options and better quality. Coffee not so good. Overall pleasant business stay.

I really liked the apartments. The room is quite large and clean. Shower cabin with door. All furniture in the apartment is new. During the entire 7 days of my stay, I never heard any of the neighbors in the apartment, although I saw them living nearby. Sound insulation is good. A huge plus of this apartment is that there is a washing machine, stove, coffee machine and even a drying cabinet. True, you can’t dry a lot of things in it (there’s only room for 2 hangers inside). It was easy to check in, the apartment number and password for the door were sent by email on the day of check-in, it was very convenient. The airport limousine bus stops not far from the hotel, which is very convenient. The only negative is the cleaning. No one cleans every day, as is usually the case in hotels. But this is not a hotel, but an apartment, so I’m not deducting a point for that. But it is possible to order 1 cleaning if you stay more than 4 days. I really liked that there is a large Lotte Mart supermarket within a 15-20 minute walk from the apartments.
