Aparthotel Adagio Paris Nation

Paris
I first stayed here in October 2022. I’d intended to write a review saying that it was “fine”, a solid 3.5 rating. I stayed again in January 2023 and I’ve changed my mind. This property is actually kind of perfect! It’s not luxurious (it doesn’t advertise that it is) but it IS clean, safe, conveniently located and filled with all the things you need to work or play. This is a perfect option for those who want to rent an apartment but may not feel comfortable using one the big named private rental companies. On both my visits I was there for work and play. Half of my days were vacation days and I didn’t spend much time in the room but the other half were days where I worked remote so I spent about half the day inside the room. I rented a two-person studio. The space is small-ish by American standards but right in-line with European standards. It had separate spaces for dining and working (although I used the dining table to work because it was more comfortable for me). There are LOTS of outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi is really good. This came in handy because I was working remote and it was critical to be able to easily power my equipment (laptop, portable monitor, camera, cell phone and earphones) and stay connected to my work in the states. The bathroom is fairly large. There is a full kitchen with standard appliances and all the dishes and utensils one would need to make a complete meal. I don’t love the coffee maker in the room, but it’s fine because there are several cafes within walking distance and there’s a Starbucks nearby too, if you’re so inclined. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which came in handy because my French is kind of terrible. The neighborhood felt safe. I often walked to the market after dark and never felt unsafe. There are two Metro lines within a 3 - 4 minute walk and there are many bus lines within a 6 minute walk. There are at least two markets within 3 - 4 minute walking distance and also two pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough away from the touristy stuff to feel like you’re living like a local, but you can quickly and easily get to the touristy parts of town. There is a laundry room onsite which comes in handy for longer stays. The machines seemed a bit pricey for me but they may not be. I haven’t had to use a laundromat for a number of years so the prices could be standard (I believe they were 5.00€ to wash and 2.50€ to dry. Laundry detergent is included). The machines do a good job of cleaning and take about an hour each. Breakfast can be purchased daily. Coffee is free. I didn’t purchase the breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with many good options. The front desk also has a small selection of foods, snacks and wine for sale. They’re a tiny bit more pricey than at the local market but they come in handy if you need something quickly after the markets have closed. There is no daily room cleaning, although you can pay for it. I

Prince Albert Opera

Paris|0.1km from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann
In general, I still highly recommend this hotel... First in Paris... Don't want bicycles at this price, okay? In all fairness, I think this hotel is worth the price Location: Very convenient, backed by Galeries Lafayette, 5 minutes walk from the Paris Opera, 20 minutes walk from the Louvre, 40 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, you will pass the Arc de Triomphe on the road, and you can also visit the Champs Elysees... in short... location Super convenient, we happened to be on strike when we went, it is very convenient to walk to various attractions Facilities: Although the mahjong is small and well-equipped, we have booked double and triple rooms with independent bathrooms, and the toilets are clean and smell-free!!! This is very important. There are hair dryers in the toilets, and all the basic equipment. The heating is very hot...I don't know how to adjust it 😂 too hot. The front desk was very welcoming and sent us our luggage for free. I stayed for one night and left the luggage twice...Six boxes were stored for us...Breakfast was good. Anyway, those who are used to Western breakfast shouldn’t have any problems. Simple milk, cereal, toast, croissant and fruit The only fly in the ointment is that the front desk made a mistake in the order... keep telling me that I did not pay and asked me to give cash... But I paid online on Ctrip, and it took him a long time to check before telling me that it was all right... I suggest you keep your eyes open!

Hotel Kyriad Paris 10 Canal Saint Martin

The room is not too big, but it basically has everything you need, and the overall is not bad. The front desk was very patient and great. The location is relatively quiet, and there are a lot of basic supermarkets and stores nearby.

Super station three-way hotel! There is a station entrance right in front of the hotel, so the access is very good. It's a little noisy, but it's warm and the bed is fluffy, so I went to sleep. The rooms are a bit soft, but the bathroom was very clean and I was completely satisfied with the newly renovated ㅎㅎ unlike the up sumnail, the sheets are very clean, so you don't have to hesitate. The only downside is that the elevator is too small to carry a big carrier and it's hard to ride? It was a little small but it was good to be able to see YouTube because it was a Samsung smart TV

Hotel Royal Mansart

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

The breakfast was ok, affordable, good quality. The room has a sense of design, but I really want the hotel staff to be very enthusiastic. When I change hotels, they also help me send my luggage to another hotel.

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside
