Orakai Insadong Suites Reviews

We had a lovely stay. The property is very well located. Near the train stations and surrounded by lots of eateries. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartment was very spacious too. We enjoyed our time there.

Very convenient for family. It has 3 bedrooms which fits with my family 4 people. There’s more space to relax and also has 7-11 in opposite.

The room facilities were comprehensive, and we were fortunate to receive complimentary concert tickets, making for a perfect holiday.

I had stayed several times at Orakai Insadong Suites. The location is excellent good and convenient. It near to few mass transit stations, line 1, line 3 and line 5. You could easy to access to cafe and restaurants just cross the street. The hotel staff are always helpful and friendly.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and included a kitchen, living room, and all the amenities you could need. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made everything easy. The place was super clean and offered excellent value for money. It’s also conveniently located close to everything you need tourist attractions, restaurants, and bar streets are all within walking distance.

Housekeeping is supposed to be available on certain days but it was not attentively done. Beds were simply made without changing of linens unless there is a request to do so. Floors were not cleaned with strands of hair visibly seen and stained. Mold was everywhere at the edges of the shower area. Cupboards and tables showed age and are really in need of a change. There was no supply of slippers as well. Fresh towels and clearing of rubbish need to be requested as they do not provide automatically. There are some good points though. There is a washer/dryer and all cooking/heating essentials are available. The fridge is very big also. In addition, staff at the reception speak good English so there was no issue in communication. Location is at heart of Insadong and there are 2 convenience stores outside the hotel for simple food fare and amenities to get. Coffee Bean is right in the hotel for quick coffee break.

Overall, my experience was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The accommodation was an apartment-style unit, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and all necessary dinnerware – truly a 'ready-to-move-in' setup. While I didn't get to use them, having such home-like amenities provided a wonderfully relaxing sense of comfort during my travels.

Stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years. The beds are comfortable, room is clean and enjoyed the convenient of a kitchen and washing machine.

The location is good for exploring the alleyways of Ikseon-dong. Gwanghwamun, Jonggak, and Cheonggyecheon were within walking distance. The room offered a great view of Namsan Tower, and the night view was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped and the room was spacious, but the washing machine wasn't clean, so I wasn't able to use it.

The suites are perfectly located, with a wide variety of dining, shopping, and amenities all within easy walking distance. Additionally, the service from the staff is wonderful—they are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The apartment is located within short (＜ 5 mins) walking distance to the metro station and is close to the Insadong Main Street where you can find restaurants, cafes and interesting shops.  Thanks to the hotel staff, we were also offered an upgrade to 3 bedroom suite which provided us with a very comfortable stay for our family of 4.

This suite location is good . There is a convenient shop outside. The insadong street is just behind. There is a restaurant and coffee bean at level 1. There is washing machine and dryer.
