Amazing stay at a classic hotel celebrating its 110 anniversary this year. Exemplary service from each of the staff. Airport limousine bus stopped directly at the hotel which was super convenient.

A good location for duty free shopping and Myongdong shopping streets. Nice in room service and food.

Outstanding service and very international! View was lovely and everything is right next to Myeongdong Market, which is a very central location for people visiting Seoul for the first time. And thank you to Pingko for the lovely birthday message and gift!

Nice location, but it’s not fully covered during raining days ..

The stay this time round fell short compared to previous stays as basic necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste and razor now comes with a fee to “promote recycling”. In my opinion, for guests like myself who came without preparing, it kind of makes no sense since buying them from the hotel or the convenience store wouldn’t make any difference anyway - it would eventually be thrown away upon leaving the hotel

Location is perfect. Staff at concierge is great, speaks English and helpful. That’s about it. For a hotel charging 5* pricing, the quality of the service and management of hotel can be improved in many areas. For me, the hotel did not respond to any of the emails before my stay causing some level of uncertainty for me. Information during check in was unclear and caused misunderstanding. Pool is closed for cleaning from 6-7pm. Why during prime hour?! Staff chased people out of the shower room at 6pm sharp, not allowing to take a quick shower. It’s totally off putting. Hotel room is spacious but dated. Oh pls bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Not sure if it’s country’s policy or the hotel’s policy but again, am surprised by the lack of it in Westin. By now, I’m really regretting staying here.

Very nice hotel. Staffs friendly and speaks english very well. Btw, pool was small. Kids and cant swimmers fully.

Great hotel. Mainly a great location. The happy hour was well done if you have this as an add on; beers heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Laundry service was super expensive so recommend to avoid.

Great place to stay in Seoul, location is super convenient. Outstanding service attitude of all staff and do not miss the gym and sauna, great place for anyone who likes to work out in a well equipped gym and relax in the sauna area. And don’t miss to go for dinner to Arirang restaurant just opposite the hotel, very delicious Korean food!

Amazing location in the center of myungdong. You can walk to many tourist places. The breakfast places were too small and there were too many people waiting in line, definitely not enough capacity to hold the guests conveniently. Hope they can find a solution, for this. I also have to say that staffs at the swimming pool was very rude.
