Everything was good but the AC in our room didn't work well. It was very warm we had to ask the staff to come check. And we asked for an extra electric fan and they brought it for us. The tub was nice, water running fine.

The service was very attentive, and the lady at the front desk even helped me call a taxi.

Perfect stay for early flights! I had a fantastic stay at Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport. The room was very cozy and absolutely spotless. The location could not be better—it's located right inside the shopping mall and is just a short, easy walk directly to the airport terminal, making it exceptionally convenient for early morning flights. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying out of Gimpo!

This hotel is incredibly close to Gimpo Airport and super easy to find! The room was spacious and clean, making for a fantastic stay. The front desk kindly reminded me that toiletries like toothbrushes aren't provided, but there's a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor where you can buy them. The only slight inconvenience was arriving after 10:30 PM, as it was a bit tricky to locate then. Despite that, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel is connected to Gimpo Airport, and directly downstairs is the Lotte Shopping Center, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast selection is extensive, and getting a taxi is also easy. There's an automatic currency exchange machine right in the hotel lobby, and the staff are very friendly. The room was also very clean. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The proximity to Gimpo airport was amazing, only a short walk away. The hotel also gave us airport carts so we were able to walk to the hotel with our luggage. However the fitness centre was a bit small.

My flight arrived late at Gimpo Airport, so I stayed here for one night before heading into the city the next day. I was a bit worried about arriving late, but once I stepped out of the arrival lobby, I could see the building directly, so there was no way to get lost or feel unsafe. The room was clean and comfortable. It's connected to a shopping mall, which I visited the next morning. It was super convenient with everything from Olive Young and restaurants to supermarkets. Since I was on a business trip this time, it was great to be able to enjoy some shopping and dining at the mall.

Great location, right across from Gimpo Airport and Lotte Mall is just downstairs.

I am allergic to feathers, so I requested the staff in the front Desk if it was possible to change the pillows and blankets into ones that are not stuffed with feathers. The answer was instantly reverted as “sorry, we only have those with feathers, so nothing I can do to help”. I ended up having an uncomfortable and night. I felt the staff a bit careless and I believe a Lotte branded Hotel should have a better service and solution for a simple situation like this. Hope this feedback is helpful for you to improve.

Conveniently located if you need to fly from gimpo airport. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great shower! Overall very pleasant stay.

Great locations and very convenient to everywhere. The hotel connects to the shopping mall with many cafes, restaurants and shops.

The airport is really convenient. However, the price on Ctrip kept changing. It went from 1500 to 1700 almost immediately after I checked it.
