Seriously, don't stay here. I booked for two nights and even though I had to forfeit the second night's fee, I still switched hotels. I paid 1400 RMB for one night, which I was willing to lose, so you can imagine how awful it was. The room was unbelievably small. I'm 160cm tall, and I could step from the door to the bed in one stride. There was barely two feet of space at the foot of the bed. When I rolled over, there was a 1.2-meter square pillar right next to me, and it had a 270-degree window. If large rooms offer a view, then this small one felt like a cage. Next to the pillar, there was even an old coin-operated viewing device. The room lighting was dim, the ceiling was the AC unit, the big pillar was on my right, the door on my left, and a wall at my feet. The facilities were incredibly bad; there was a device on the wall by the bed that emitted a massive blue light. Also, I went for breakfast promptly at 10:00 AM, but they wouldn't let me take anything, saying breakfast ended at 10:00 AM, but it actually finished at 9:30 AM. But that's not even the main issue; the room itself was very depressing. There's no proper lobby, just a table serving as the front desk. The staff assisting the Korean guests were very arrogant. Their main branch next door is probably better, but there are many hotels with good locations. Seoul Royal also has a good location, and I saw several other hotels while out shopping. No hotel could be worse than this, not even in Tokyo, where rooms are small, but they don't make you feel this uncomfortable. Chinese people, do not go here!

Convenient location, clean and tidy rooms, and excellent service with Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel is situated in a prime spot, right next to Myeongdong shopping street and very close to Lotte Duty-Free. A fantastic experience overall!

However, it's incredibly well-equipped with all the daily necessities, from a full toiletries set to a universal adapter – the attention to detail is impressive. The best part is undoubtedly its unbeatable location: step out, and you're right on Myeongdong's main street, surrounded by hustle and bustle. The subway station is just a short walk away, making both transportation and shopping super convenient. If you're looking for great value for money and plan to spend most of your day out and about, this place is definitely a top pick! 😊

I am extremely disappointed with this stay due to the lack of transparency regarding the room description in trip.com website. The room I was assigned had no window, and this was not clearly disclosed on the Trip.com booking page before I made my reservation. Had I known in advance that the room was windowless, I would never have booked this room. The room was already very small, and having no window made it feel extremely confined and uncomfortable. Walking into the room caused me significant discomfort and anxiety, as there was no natural light and the space felt enclosed. This was completely different from what I reasonably expected when making the booking. I believe guests should be clearly informed if a room has no window before making a reservation. This is an important detail that can significantly impact a guest's comfort and booking decision. Because this critical information was not clearly communicated, I feel misled by the room listing and respectfully request that Trip.com review this matter seriously

The room is indeed very small, but you can still open your suitcase. The location is right in Myeongdong, which is convenient for the Airport Express, shopping, and sightseeing. The only downside is the window is too small.

I’ll list what I love: 1) Prime location, it’s at main shopping area and night market. Lotte department store is a few mins walk away. MRT station is just a stone throw, 2) hotel room and bathroom are clean and spacious, 3) bathroom has bidet and toilet seat warmer, 4) big pump bottles of toiletries, so convenient to use, 5) lobby has luggage weighing scale, 6) hotel room corridor has hot and cold water dispenser, 7) concierge staff are always helpful and pleasant, 8) strong complimentary WiFi.. these are a few. Definitely worth staying!

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of the scenic area, with convenient parking and a rich breakfast. The hotel also provides free admission tickets and scenic shuttle bus tickets. It's very convenient, and the scenic area itself offers a great experience, perfect for families with kids.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent, right next to Metro Line 2 and very close to the airport shuttle. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was tiny, barely enough space for my luggage, and there were no complimentary toiletries. Over 1,000 a night is ridiculously expensive! I guess you're paying for the location though, it's right next to the subway station and Lotte Department Store.

The room was a bit small, and the facilities were a bit dated. For example, some outlets didn't work for charging, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. The price was a bit high too. I probably won't be staying here again.

I booked a family room, and it had 4 single beds at an affordable price. It was close to the center of Myeongdong and easy to get around.

The room is a bit small, but it was enough for three people, especially considering the great location. We stayed here last year and chose it again this year because it's familiar and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
