Very efficient housekeeping, central location, very accessible. I like the breakfast, but wished that they have some variety of breakfast choice daily.

Near train and bus station. There are Emart grocery, restaurants at basements. Check in time at 3PM

Check in was a breeze. Fastest ever in my life. Like 2 mins!
Room is spacious and clean.
Room service everyday w clean towels and toiletries except toothbrushes and toothpaste so bring your own. Two bottles of mineral water every day.
Location slightly meh due to long walk from Gongdeok to Seoul interchange platforms so be mentally prepared. Not very conce to go Myeongdong but what to do, you need to be prepared to walk when in Seoul, just like Tokyo.
Concierge team alk can speak English very well and super polite.
Supermart at B1 so v convenient. Try the Hazelnut Latte at Ediya Cafe. Yummy!
Basement restaurants are good, closes quite early so be prepared as well.
