Cheonggye Haus

The location is good, the owner is friendly, the room is small, but everything you need is there! I liked the security and the room was clean. It's good to just go to sleep Oh, but the water pressure in the shower was weak, so I was a little frustrated when I washed it.. Everything was good except for this!

In the photo, I booked a room with a kitchen. I was assigned a room where I couldn't even move a single step. There is no shared kitchen and there is no water purifier, so I went out to buy water.

I stayed in a single room for about a week. The good points were that it was cheap considering it had a private shower and toilet, and it was convenient for transportation such as the subway. The disappointing part is that there was a lack of accurate information about the environment and single rooms at this guesthouse. (Even though it's cheap, I want to make a decision based on correct information.) 1. This guest house building is 5 floors high and has no elevator, making it extremely difficult to navigate if you are carrying heavy suitcases. 2. There is no photo of the single room, so it is easy to imagine that it is a standard room, but the single room does not have a private kitchen or washing machine, and is less than half the size, so it is very small (for a difference of about 900 yen per night) (Standard room is definitely recommended) 3. It's a guest house, so this can't be helped, but there is of course no "daily housekeeping" as mentioned in the room information, and you have to dispose of trash and towels yourself, and bring towels from the bags on the second floor. I wrote this review not in the sense of criticizing it because it was a cheap accommodation fee, but in the sense that I wanted to choose a place to stay based on correct information, but I think it would not be bad if you just sleep there, have convenient transportation, and are a male guest. The president on the first day was also kind. I haven't been around since then.

The location is very good, at Euljiro Exit 4, walk straight, cross the road, turn right, the building will be on your left. It's a small gate 189-1, walking distance to Dongdaemun Park. Walk to Kwangju Market That is, you can walk straight from your accommodation. The room is very small. There is a refrigerator, 1 bottle of water per check-in. There is no elevator. The staff are very attentive. Overall good.

地下鉄の駅も近いし、何よりも広蔵市場の中にあると言って良いくらいの立地で、非常に便利でした。 チェックイン方法の連絡も事前に貰えてスムーズにチェックインする事が出来ました。 シャワー•トイレに関しては許容できるかどうか、人によって大きく評価が分かれると思います。 ゲストハウスは初めてでしたが、気を使わずに快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

建物は古いですが、室内は程よくリノベーションされており、お値段に対して期待以上の快適さでした。 オーナーさんも印象良く、また利用したいです。 エレベーターは無いので、重い荷物、スーツケース持ちの方には向いてません。
