Orakai Daehakro Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I really liked the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, always there to assist me when I needed them. The rooms were spacious, and I even had a stunning view from my window!

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. Front desk speaks fluent English and check in was very efficient. There are a few convenient stores around the hotel.

Great hotel, very clean and in a good location. I used the gym which has great equipment and plenty of space. It's a shame that the toilets in the gym were not working and the sauna. I used the laundry facilities which were convenient and super easy to navigate. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a great experience with the hotel. The staff are super friendly and accomodating. They all speak English very well, which made communication easier for us because we don’t speak Korean. The room we booked was a twin bed. It was spacious and easy to move around. They don’t allow AC until mid May, but they provided us a fan and the window can be opened. The location is central enough to a lot of places without being in the center of the busy area, which we prefer. The hotel has a Japanese style bidet and an exchange machine on the lobby. We didn’t get to use the gym because we were walking everywhere and didn’t get the time. It does look very nice though. We’re coming back to stay again at the beginning of July.

The hotel location is great. It’s in Jongno where a lot of attractions are nearby. Though it’s not near a subway station, there are many bus stops nearby which makes traveling around the city an ease. The hotel is quiet at night so it’s pleasant coming back to rest. The hotel front desk staff were amazing people! Love them! The gym is fantastic!!! The room is nice, clean and big. The house keeping service is fantastic!!!

Requested free luggage storage before check in time in friendly front desk. Toilet is big and comfortable. Have space to put luggage. Clean and neat room service. View is considered nice. Hotel is quiet and near bus stop and train station.

Great location with many bus stops nearby which made it easy to get around Seoul. There were also various convenience stores nearby. We did a small load of laundry one night since they had washing machines with directions translated to English. Staff was attentive and gave us bottled everyday.
