Hamory Guesthouse Dongdaemun

It's a place to stay that's really like being at home. The owner is an uncle. Auntie is kind and takes care of her very well. The accommodation is opposite DDP. Convenient to travel. The bus stop to the airport is in front of the accommodation, so very convenient. No need to drag heavy bags on the way back. Can recommend staying here.

The location is at Exit 11 of Dongdaemun History and Culture Park. It can be reached in three minutes on foot. It is very convenient. The landlady was also very polite and helped me solve the problem I didn't notice when booking. Highly recommended.

You can check in at 2:00 in the morning. The owner was very considerate and posted our room password on the door. The location is very good, just outside the subway station exit. There are also stalls downstairs where you can eat. The triple room is large and the hygiene is very good.

Very close to the metro, when checking in I just took a piece of paper with the password for the room at the reception, I almost didn’t cross paths with the owners for two days, I liked it, it’s great for a short period of time

Stayed at Hamory Guesthouse Dongdaemun for 20 nights. The owners are very friendly people who immediately helped with any questions that arose. The location is great, close to shops, shopping centers, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, 1 minute walk to the metro. There is a bus stop right next to the Guesthouse, from which you can go directly to the airport. I was alone, but I booked a double room, so there was enough space in the room. The room has a bed, a small refrigerator, a table with a large mirror, a chair, air conditioning, a TV, and a heater is provided if it's cold. Private bathroom with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Cleaning, bed linen and towels were changed once a week. Everything in the room was quite clean and good. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils. The only thing missing was hangers, or at least wall hooks so you could hang your clothes. If you are coming for a couple of days and have few things, then the existing floor hanger will be enough. But if for a longer period, then the clothes will have to be kept in a suitcase. Otherwise everything is fine, great Guesthouse! Thanks for all!

It's an accommodation that I found in a hurry during the holidays. It's worth the price. There was no bottled water, no toothbrush, or even underfloor heating. There was only one heat machine for heating. I will never use it again.

It felt like it was perfect for staying alone. I think it's perfectly fine if you're alone and can stay anywhere.

I used it because it had good reviews. The location was definitely great and the room was spacious. However, the owner couple were not very friendly, and the stairs were so narrow and steep that I almost fell down with my luggage. In addition, there were many rules and restrictions, such as having to throw away the trash by oneself every day. The thing I hated the most was that the window in my room was open even though I wasn't included in the cleaning. I let my guard down because I couldn't get into the cleaning, and my suitcase was left open, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The cost performance is really good and the location is fine, but...hmm...I wonder if there will be repeat customers.
