Overall, I highly recommend About Say Hotel. The location is very strategic, close to the station. There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel. The amenities are also complete, and the staff are very friendly. I left my luggage before check-in time, and when I arrived to check in, my luggage was already neatly arranged in the room. For such an affordable price, this hotel provides excellent service.

It’s a very small motel, tiny room and no space for big suitcases like 22-28 inches. Locations is good and convenience.

Check in/out service was automated. No lift at the premise and have to carry all luggages up to 4th floor. Room space was too small for 4pax, and no space to open up luggages.

Ok for a quick stay. Super small like Hong Kong. Only for transit stay. No lift, don’t arrive late or you will have to lug your luggage to the highest floor.

Just very small but super close to Seoul station. Very central and convenient. Maybe a bit pricey for the room but cheap for Seoul hotels

Although location is extremely good but the room is too small. I stayed here for my return trip for the second time, the first time was bearable as the structure of the room on the second level was ok. But this time I’m on the third level, there was no space for 2 luggages ( mine was a double bed ) that I have to put my luggage inside the toilet. Secondly because of the structure of room , my partner woke up in the middle of the night and nearly fell down on the way to toilet as there’s a weird step in front of the door. No thank you, I won’t be staying a third time again… no matter how cheap, I will rather book a better hotel at another location out of Seoul station.

Conveniently located 5-10 minute walk from Seoul station. It is a good place to stay overnight and very comfortable room. The only downside is the walls are paper thin so you can hear the sound outside the hallway echoing through your walls and every sound when someone is using the bathroom too. The bed is comfortable but a little too stiff if you are used to sleeping on a soft mattress . No breakfast is provided but the give you complementary water. It is very easy to get to from Exit 12 of the airport line.

Get out of exit 12 at Seoul Station from line 1. It's close by the station, and there's a 7/11 right next door to the hotel open 24/7. As to be put on the first floor, as there isn't an elevator. You get what you pay for here.

It’s nice budget place within mins walk from Seoul Station (exit 12 - walk up the hill to your immediate left after exit and don’t need to walk to the streets and around). Be careful if you’re a light sleeper because walls are thin and I can hear people talking and music playing at 6am in the morning next to me. If you need a place just to sleep and near Seoul Ststion and not staying in the hotel much, this is a recommended place.

Had an early flight and this was perfect for my overnight stay . Hotel was close to Seoul Station exit 12 . Friendly check in staff Cons: , there was no lift and my room was on the 3rd floor . While struggling with my luggage to the 3 rd floor , I saw several rooms on the 2nd floor unoccupied! ( their doors were opened and all cleaned and dressed up .) wish they had assigned me to the second floor! Pros: rooms were comfortable and clean ! Toilet was also very clean ! Amenities like toothbrushes and nice thick towels were a plus ! There were 2 bottles of drinking water in the fridge ! I thought this was really nice ! However , no water kettle in the room , and no coffee or tea sachets !
