Hotel was located strategically in beside a metro entrance, but clean wise was not very good, looks old and rundown inside the hotel.

Great hotel with great location. Staff was very helpful in every aspect and even asked if I prefer bath/shower room. Everything was clean and views are also nice.

The location of the hotel is superb! Multiple popular Seoul attractions available within 30mins.
Hotel looks very new and felt very clean and cosy throughout our long stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff were fluent in English and were very friendly and hospitable.
Only thing is that the room is slightly small which is made worse after 2 luggages are open. A local hospital is nearby and thus, there would be a few occasions of ambulance sirens. Despite that, I would still highly recommend it!

Overall an enjoyable stay. Room condition is okay.
Location is right next to metro station. Yet the schedule of the airport bus is much less frequent than those going to the Myeong-dong areas.

Good- hotel price is cheap, location near subway.
Thing to work on- shower water temperature not consistent warm then suddenly change to hot.
