The location is unbeatable, just 200 meters from the Jamsil subway station. I requested a room with a view of Lotte World Tower, and the scenery was beautiful both day and night! The only downside is that the curtains don't block out much light. Breakfast was a bit simple; you have to fry your own eggs. It's only 500 meters to Lotte World, which is fantastic!

We were in Seoul for a concert at the KSPO Dome and the hotel location was ideal with easy access from the Seokchon-Gobun station to the Olympic Park station. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size, even for 3 adults. There are plenty of dining options and convenient stores close by.

Stayed for a week with my parents. It was far beyond my expectations! It's also very close to Lotte World Tower. Really great. Lots of food options nearby. Clean with good service. Will definitely come again!

Much better than I expected, and the service was good too. There are some decent restaurants nearby.

Rosana is the best choice to stay When you coming for the concert

About a 15-minute walk from the subway, the environment is quite good and the hotel is clean. However, the only window is in the toilet and bathroom. When you open the door, you first see the bed, then the toilet, and then the window.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hygiene: Looked pretty good, daily room cleaning was thorough. Environment: The hotel has many floors and looks impressive, but the lobby is quite small, haha. There are many convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, and there's even a CHABAIDAO right next door! Service: The staff who checked us in were very enthusiastic and made us happy. Food deliveries for guests are left on the first floor for self-pickup. Facilities: All the basic amenities are there, except for toothbrushes and toothpaste which weren't provided due to objective reasons. It would have been even better if there was a full-length mirror. However, one issue worth mentioning is that the bathroom's sliding door kept opening by itself after being closed, which lacked privacy. I hope the hotel can look into this problem.

The room was quite comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the sink was in the bedroom, and some of the lights couldn't be turned off at night when trying to sleep.

Room: Clean, tidy, and very comfortable, giving a home-like feeling. Language: Communication wasn't perfectly fluent, but the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Getting a taxi was easy. There are several good barbecue restaurants nearby.

Great location, very convenient for everything around. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely choose this place again if I'm in the area.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and spacious room. Shower area has a shelf to hold additional items. Location wise, very good for a spring stay as it is in front of Seokchon Lake where the cherry blossom festival is held. There are many restaurants nearb, some of which are open 24h. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 15-20min walk to Jamsil Stn/the airport limo bus stop.
